Questo è un ottimo hotel in una posizione fantastica nella città minore, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Ponte Carlo, quindi in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le zone più vivaci di Praga. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con Prosecco incluso nella colazione e vino al formaggio omaggio alle 4:30 per 30 minuti. La spa è eccellente e un buon modo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Il piccolo giardino, il ristorante, la camera, tutto è stato molto soddisfacente.

Magnifique Sublime

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno in questo lussuoso hotel in posizione ideale. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi in discesa dal Ponte Carlo e a 15 minuti in salita dal castello. La zona è tranquilla e lontana dal trambusto della folla cittadina. Tutto il personale è stato accogliente, attento e disponibile, raggiungendo l'equilibrio tra formalità e cordialità. Le pulizie hanno mantenuto il posto immacolato. Il letto era super comodo e l'aria condizionata è stata una benedizione durante una calda settimana di agosto. L'acqua in bottiglia e i deliziosi cioccolatini omaggio (preparati in hotel e lasciati nella nostra camera ogni sera) sono stati molto apprezzati. Una sontuosa colazione ci ha preparato per una giornata di esplorazione e in particolare abbiamo apprezzato le frittate appena cucinate dal menu e la varietà di frutta fresca. Il cibo e il servizio all'Aquarius Restaurant la sera erano superbi e abbiamo visitato il delizioso bar in diverse occasioni per gustare la varietà di dolci, caffè e un cocktail occasionale! Gli ospiti possono socializzare con formaggio e vino gratuiti offerti dall'hotel alle 16:30 ogni pomeriggio. È un ottimo modo per incontrarsi sotto i lampadari scintillanti o nel bellissimo cortile. Abbiamo utilizzato la spa per un tuffo veloce e un po' di meritato relax. Nel complesso, è stata una pausa di lusso molto piacevole.

Absolutely amazing. No other way to put it. We were greeted by the doorman while getting our luggage out of our Uber, after an incredibly long and frustrating day of travel. He quickly escorted us in to the reservation desk. No, not to stand in line at the check in counter! To the desk, where you sit down and have a glass of Prosecco while they confirm your details. Maybe the norm at luxury hotels, but not what we are used to. The property is amazing, originally built in the 1500’s, lots of amazing art, outdoor gardens and sitting areas. Quickly taken to our room, smallish by US standards but huge for an EU property! Bathroom has a full size sitting tub, which the wife quickly claimed. Later we enjoyed cheese and wine at the complementary gathering. Came back after dinner for a glass of wine and chocolate in their outdoor restaurant. We booked spa appointments the following morning ,charming area and a great massage. Only stayed two nights, wish we had more time. Worth the money, book it!!!

I stayed here for a week to attend a friend’s wedding. To focus on the positive - a very quaint hotel with a nice decor and feel to the interior, a lovely courtyard restaurant with excellent food ( at the pricier end of the scale); nice spa, quieter location away from the crowds, great breakfast choice, porter was extremely helpful, nice to have conditioner as well as shampoo, and the touch of having free wine tasting at 16.30 is really appreciated. What was a bit of a challenge for me were some of the details - I initially had a deluxe double room which was really perfect for me and when I extended my stay for an extra few days due to unexpected change of circumstances I was told I could stay in it but later that day I was told I had to move to accommodate a disabled guest which was understandable but a nuisance to move. I was upgraded to the very nice Royal Suite so that helped smooth things over. Unfortunately it is on the 3rd floor and the lift was having issues so I had to use the stairs - these things happen but it was tiring. What was really annoying though was that the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday night so if you stay on those nights you have to find alternatives which isn’t really what I expect from a 5 star hotel a little out of the centre. The pool was pretty but more of a plunge pool than for swimming. The service was a bit hit and miss with the porter and breakfast staff really good and the evening staff a bit more variable. I would stay here again but maybe not on a Sunday or a Monday as you can’t eat in the hotel and options nearby are limited and I would wary of extending a stay (especially on booking but they offered the best rates. I think if they close the restaurant the least they can do is have the bar open with some lighter food so that you can at least get something on a Sunday or Monday night without having to go out.
