Breakfast was a great selection of fruit/pastries/toast/muesli which was served in the hallway to take back to your room to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A hotel with a soul. Situated in an excellent location, the hotel is stylishly and comfortably furnished. Quality bedding, comfortable bed, solid breakfast, comfort. Excellent service for the price of accommodation. I recommend.

Hôtel parfait à tous points de vue !!!! La situation sur une jolie place est exceptionnelle… l appartement est propre et charmant et l accueil très sympathique. Tram au bas de l hôtel et tous les sites à visiter sont faisables à pied.

Mycket bra övernattning på Mala strana nära Carlsbbro. Bra sängen helt OK frukost som gästerna tar med sig till sina rum och äter där på rummets porslin. Rummet var välisolerad mot ljudet av spårvagnar ute. Trevlig personal. Hotellet kan jag varmt rekommendera men inte restaurangen intill entré som man bör undvika. Relativt hög prisnivån inte motsvarar matens kvalitet och smakupplevelse.

The greatest asset of this hotel besides the excellent location beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and nice view from the windows are the people who work at the hotel. They really go all the way to make you feel welcome and help with every problem you may have.

This hotel was gorgeous! Its location couldn’t have been better as it’s on the Charles Bridge. Our room was full of character and quirky charm split over two levels, with a mezzanine floor. The attention to detail on the room was perfect, a welcome basket with wine, beer, chocolates and nuts. Coffee machine/ tea making facilities and a range of toiletries in the bathroom (toothbrush/paste/ razor/shower gel/ shampoo) The bed was so comfortable and we loved that breakfast was served on a sideboard in the main hotel corridor so you could put on the fluffy robes (provided) and bring back your chosen breakfast to eat privately. The staff at reception couldn’t have been more kind, helpful and informative showing us the ‘must do’s’ of Prague. There were no negatives…but just be careful on the polished wooden stairs leading up to the bedroom… and maybe take ear plugs if you don’t enjoy the gentle chime of the church clock every hour on the hour! For us it just added to the charm! We will definitely return to beautiful Prague and this lovely hotel x

Beautiful small hotel with bags of character and charm. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the nice touches like the fizz on arrival and the complimentary basket of snacks in the room were appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and there are some great local Czech restaurants in the square. The only down side was the noise so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper- the noisy preparation of the breakfast buffet at 5.30am in the corridor next to our room everyday, and the trams. Take care on the steep polished steps up to the mezzanine bed also!
