酒店自助式check in check out Email回覆好快，問可以早點放行李回覆可以， 就早點到點知到左樓下密碼要夠鐘先可以入到 門鐘有服務台禁又無回應叫打電話俾佢 再回email到門口入唔到無再回應 最後將行李放另一個地方俾錢keep， 其實俾錢ok 嘅咁就一早唔好覆可以keep行李 攪到浪費好多時間 夠鐘入到去，入到去真係有keep baggage 層 係下層，要pw又點落到去keep禁 位置一般般，行八分鐘左右大街好多嘢食 但如果要到中心就要多小小時間 好彩之前住中心最後一天轉這間酒店 但要讚位置 如果行程行晒中心第二日出發去維也納 行到另一個火車站好方便只係五分鐘就行到 房間樓底好高有水壺煲水

Really nice building with large apar**ents in a side street in the area of National Museum , Wenzelsplatz, Opera and Main Station. Newly restored so very clean. We were 3 but there was enough room to host 4 people with all their belongings. Friendly staff that answered all questions almost immediately , even though the communication was over mails. Only negative thing was other guests who were way too loud in the staircase slamming doors.. We would definitely book it again!

Our family of 5 highly recommend this serviced apar**ent. Our experience from the start has been smooth. The apar**ent itself is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. After a day of sightseeing in Prague, we were excited to return here to wind down. Location-wise, it is a few minutes' walk away from Wenceslas Square and Muzeum Metro (underground) station, so it is very convenient for getting around. On the same street as the apar**ent block and in the surrounding streets, there are plenty of restaurants therefore if you wanted to, you could spend the day exploring Prague, return here in the early evening to rest, then pop down the road for dinner and be back here shortly afterwards (this was perfect for us, travelling with teenagers and a senior). The Virtual Reception staff are efficient, courteous and respond quickly to emails and phone-calls. We were initially a little worried about staying in accommodation with no physical reception but this has not been an issue at all. For example, we arrived earlier than check-in time and were able to store our luggage in a secure room while we went out to wander around town; this was arranged through the Virtual Reception within minutes. The same as our check-out, we have been able to store our luggage while we spend a few hours in town before we leave Prague. 100% recommend this accommodation!

It's a newly built, very clean building. It's almost like I was the first or second guest. I was nervous because there were only 3 reviews, but I found out this was only a short time after opening. It was pretty satisfying because I know it's almost impossible to find a new built accommodation at this price in Europe. The reception and accommodation are 5 minutes away, but there was no communication problem and the staff were friendly. I'll be back next time:)

i made a mistake in the stay by one day, and the management was willing and able to add one more day to our stay with out a problem. the place was realy more then what I thought a rental apar**ent would be Laundry down stairs and really good security at the door. I would come here again if I was to come back to Prague

Great place. Close to the historical center.

Derzeit wird das Haus nebenan kernsaniert und wir wurden jeden Tag durch massive Bohr- und Stemmarbeiten 6:30 Uhr geweckt. Nach unserer Einschätzung dauert die Sanierung noch mind 1 Jahr, daher empfehlen wir die Unterkunft nur für Frühaufsteher.
