Hotel in zona Hangár: Letectvo 2. světové války, Praga

È stata una delle più brutte esperienze in hotel della mia vita. L'hotel in sé è anche carino e in una zona tranquilla, anche se abbastanza lontano dal centro e bisogna cambiare almeno 2 mezzi per raggiungerlo. Il check-in si può fare dalle 15, noi alle 14.45 ci siamo presentati alla reception per entrare, ma l'operatore ci ha invitati a tornare alle 15. Siamo stati mandati via per 15 minuti! Già lì è partita male.. Il vero problema però è il servizio, che non riesce a coprire il quantitativo di ospiti e a garantire il giusto comfort. Era pieno di squadre da calcio di ragazzini che hanno fatto rumore urlando e correndo per i corridoi fino a tardi, senza che nessuno dicesse niente. Indubbiamente lì sta anche nel buon senso degli adulti che accompagnano i ragazzi, ma anche l'hotel fa la sua parte! Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate, quindi si sente tutto ciò che accade fuori, per di più c'è una porta di comunicazione fra una camera e l'altra chiusa a chiave, ma che fa sentire tutto ciò che accade nell'altra camera (sentivamo persino quando le vicine di stanza facevano la pipi). Gli ascensori sono impostati in modo da fermarsi ad ogni piano in cui vengono chiamati, se sei al 20° piano, ci metti circa 10 minuti prima di riuscire a salire o scendere, poiché l'ascensore si ferma quasi ad ogni piano. La colazione è stata pessima, c'erano troppi ospiti quindi le pietanze finivano subito, ad un certo punto abbiamo deciso di darcela su e andare a fare colazione al bar. In questo modo ho pagato 18 euro di colazione in hotel più altrettanti al bar. La macchinetta dei succhi di frutti non funzionava, i pancake te li devi fare da solo con una macchina che ne fa uscire uno ogni 5 minuti. Inoltre i tavoli erano sporchi perché non è previsto un servizio di pulizia durante la colazione: devi essere tu a portare via i piatti e pulire il tavolo, su cui non c'è nemmeno una tovaglietta. Per di più è capitato che durante il pomeriggio ci fossimo messi a dormire ed è entrato un operatore dell'Hotel senza bussare né niente, dicendo che doveva controllare la finestra. Noi lo abbiamo fermato dicendogli che eravamo in mutande e lui se n'è andato senza scusarsi e senza più farsi vedere. Vorrei chiedere il rimborso per quanto è stata pessima questa esperienza. Ci sono due ragazzi in croce che fanno sia bar, che check-in, che colazioni al mattino.. Impensabile per un hotel con così tante camere! Davano l'impressione di essere ragazzi messi lì per la stagione a fare i tuttofare. Di hotel ne abbiamo girati tanti, ma un'esperienza così pessima non l'avevamo davvero mai vissuta. Fortuna che abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte, perché altrimenti avremmo sicuramente cambiato hotel. Pessimo, pessimo, pessimo! NON lo consigliamo assolutamente.

L'hotel è buono, il trasporto è molto conveniente per le stazioni di tram e bus alla porta.Il colazione è molto forte, il personale pulisce e gestisce questo è anche molto difficile.E'cosi' sgoccioso che il Wi-Fi è troppo ridotto, il computer è ancora in linea, ma il telefono cellulare non può essere utilizzato praticamente.

My spouse, my friends, and I stayed 2 nights for Canada Day weekend at Mama Shelter prague. It's in a great location, short transit to old Town Prague with multiple ways of getting there. Bolt, scooters, tram, or even walking works as well. Staff was friendly, except for when we got back to our hotel room on Saturday night. The door was left open by house keeping and luckily nothing was stolen. A woman staff member at the front didn't believe what I told her, so we showed her and said something would be done about it. Upon checking out, there were no notes, and nothing was done. So definitely a lack of professionalism by the night staff. Breakfast was excellent with alot of choices. It's a buffet and is open from 7am to 1030am most days. Food was fresh and 0 issues. The room was clean and spacious. King size bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was okay, but could've been better. 2 TVs and 2 bathrooms. So it was a comfortable stay for us. Overall, definitely worth the money you pay to have everything included. I still believe the hotel parking should be included into the price like in North America.

Residence was clean and close to city center (3-4 station from city center), we enjoyed the breakfest, especially considering price. I want to extend a special thanks to Anatoli, a member of the King's Residence staff. Anatoli's commitment to providing outstanding service and assistance during our stay was truly remarkable. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. Cons is room card isn't work properly. We faced troubles with room card but Anatoli solved it immediately.

床很好睡，房間乾淨舒適寬敞！地理位置不錯，離市中心算近，入住前須自行跟飯店聯繫取得房號及密碼，自助入住！

Aparthotel Rimska is an ideally-located accommodation for a short break, and is based in Prague centre only 10-15 minutes walk (with heavy cases) from the main train station. Being centrally located, the outer building is in-keeping with the beautiful architecture, and walking down into the main city area and surrounding restaurants is not a long task at all. Upon entering, you self-check-in via the touchscreen kiosk where you receive your keycards. Our room was extremely spacious notwithstanding the ceiling slope, with a full kitchen fitting and open en-suite bathroom. The TV was also huge with comfy chairs, and the windows backed onto other apartments and hotels in the immediate area. The beds were also comfy however to improve, include either more or larger pillows as we weren’t overly satisfied with the selection. Otherwise, Aparthotel Rimska is a fantastic choice with what seems like an up-market room and aesthetic.

Ottima posizione appena giù dal Museo Nazionale, a pochi passi da tutto, tutte le attrazioni, i musei, i castelli e le chiese, anche la ferrovia e la metropolitana. Nota: treno per il centro città dall'aeroporto circa tre euro, taxi circa 45 euro. Il valore è stato ottimo a € 55 a notte, ma il prezzo è salito a € 100 quando ho chiesto informazioni sull'estensione.

La disponibilità è l'unica nota positiva. Per il resto, mi domando come possa avere 4 stelle. È un 2 superior, le camere sono male arredate - la mia aveva un solo comodino, per armadio delle scaffalature a vista, un rele' di non so cosa originariamente fosse a penzoloni - e l'aria condizionata che dicono di avere è in realtà centralizzata e quindi a discrezione dei proprietari (cosa che non è il massimo quando si è ai piani alti e fuori fa 30 e passa gradi). Colazione salata abbondante - ma non l'ho provata - quella dolce scarsa sia di scelta che di qualità. Non ho metri di paragone con strutture simili in quanto era la mia prima volta a Praga, ma di sicuro non posso classificarla come esperienza piacevole.

The hotel was nice and clean. The receptionists were very nice and professional. The room was big enough and tidy. Breakfast is plentiful, you can find here pastries, jam, fruits, vegetables, cheese, salami, eggs, sausages, juices, coffee, etc. BUT! The restaurant was a disaster. It is in an open area right next to the reception, so new guests look you right in the mouth. The cold air blew terribly from the front door, so we had to sit in a jacket for dinner. The wine at 690 CZK was a tragedy, the taste was totally inadequate, which was no surprise when we eventually found out that you can buy this wine for 120 CZK. Unfortunately, the food also did not match the price. We were disappointed that there were too many people in the spa. We didn't even use The jacuzzi and pool because it was impossible to move around. To get from the pool to the sauna you have to walk through the gym. The only sauna was no problem in spa.
