Hotel a 3 stelle a Portland

La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Un super veloce passo al centro della moda, per questo abbiamo scelto questo posto. Il personale era molto amichevole. Il cibo dal ristorante era assolutamente delizioso. Certamente torneremo la prossima volta che arriviamo a Portland!

Si è verificato un malinteso tra l'hotel e Trip.com quando abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno con colazione dichiarata inclusa, ma la ricezione dell'hotel ha detto che non avevano fornito colazione per molto tempo, dal cominciamento di Covid19. Il direttore era gentile a rimborsarci il colazione in un caffè vicino. La posizione dell'hotel era vicino a una serie di fermate di autobus per diverse direzioni. La vista dalla finestra della stanza era molto poca, solo un bel aria interna.

Il servizio è stato eccellente! Il personale è stato molto amichevole e gentile! Veramente bel hotel, molto vibe a casa e seriamente l'hotel più pulito che abbia mai soggiornato!

Ci piace questo posto e restiamo qui spesso. Shuttle aeroportuale gratuito, buon letto, buon colazione, grande televisione. Troviamo che è molto più facile prima dei voli rimanere qui la notte prima. Il programma di volo aereo è nel lobby.

Uno dei pochi hotel che ci soddisfa tutti di una gita americana. L'hotel è nuovo, la decorazione è anche conforme al nostro gusto. Il servizio è buono. Amo il nostro primo soggiorno così tanto che siamo tornati. Grande piscina interna riscaldata per bambini. La palestra aveva attrezzature moderne. Parcheggio valet era $48 ma era una buona esperienza se volete pagare. Per il mio secondo soggiorno, le foglie ci facevano un po' prurire. L'hotel ha detto che erano stati venduti la notte prima, perche' avrebbero potuto usare vecchi fogli che erano ancora puliti, ma forse un po' polverosi.

Il CP è molto prezioso, il trasporto è conveniente, consigliato per i passeggeri che hanno bisogno 😃 Il parcheggio è anche molto conveniente, il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto atteggiamento, la stanza è pulita e nuova.

PRIVACY CONCERNS and LYING STAFF. While I was in my room during the first 30 min there was a knock and cleaning lady barged in like this was a hospital. I was exposed to the cleaning lady. My response was “may I help you” rushing to the door. She said “sorry”. I then assistant manager Sabrina called my room and reported that “2 staff members smelled smoke from my room” and the staff member that opened the door said “saw smoke in the room” according to assistant manager Sabrina, and would be charged an extra $200 dollars . Except here’s the thing, there wasn’t smoking or smoke nor had I been around smoking any part of the day. I’d been in the room for 30 min… This whole situation was upsetting. I asked for assist manager Sabrina to come up to my room to verify that there was no smoke smell, no smoke in the room, no smoke smell on me, etc and then when I check out for her to do the same. She refused and gave me a circular argument that I would have to trust them. “I give you my word” was thrown out there in an attempt to reassure me. Her word and the integrity of the staff there has already called into question with the original lying and exposure attempts. I told her I was not happy and not satisfied with the situation and was still being told I would be charge the $200 fee for this experience (not smoking) if they find evidence of smoking or smells of smoke. I told them I would not be staying here again after this experience. After getting off the room phone, things just didn’t set right. I googled people getting put through the same scam but had not read if others were exposed in their attempt to find evidence of smoking. Usually they just lie about it, you get charged and they take your money. So I called back and eventually got was offered a refund if I didn’t want to stay. Still no apology for my experiences. The staff at the front gave me the good riddance look. I called them this morning from a much better hotel at which I was staying. No one barged in my room at this hotel. There was a knock, they announced house keeping like a normal hotel. The front desk would not let me speak to the General Manager LAUREN REMINGTON as a note was in the system saying my concerns had been addressed and I am blacklisted. First time I’ve been black listed, but it didn’t really matter since I verbalized that I would not frequent this hotel again. It’s like saying “you can’t quit, you can’t, you’re fired!” The dishonest house keeping staff, the poor ability for the staff to address concerns they created and a complete lack of integrity are what you can expect from LAUREN REMINGTON, the General Manager that refused to speak to their customer and the assistant manager Sabrina.

Prima di tutto, non ci sono negozi comodi intorno all'hotel.C'è una cucina conveniente nella stanza, quindi penso sia una buona idea prima di fare shopping. C'è una distanza dal centro della città, sono andato in treno. Il parcheggio dell'hotel offre solo $49 al giorno di servizio di autobus di passeggeri. Se non ti piace il taxi, il parcheggio stradale intorno all'hotel può essere parcheggiato gratuitamente dalle 7 a.m. alle 8 del mattino successivo.($3 all'ora più tardi) O il parcheggio pubblico opposto $25 per notte.(non può entrare e uscire) Sembra che si possa pulire la stanza un giorno in anticipo, ma perché abbiamo vissuto due notti, abbiamo solo un asciugamano. Grazie alla piccola cucina, sono riuscito a mangiare quello che mi piaceva nella stanza. Sono venuto a Portland per visitare, ma ci sono molte persone senza casa nel centro della città, anche se è molto luminoso, ma la maggior parte dei negozi sono chiusi alle sette della notte, quindi non penso sia sicuro. Non so se tornerò di nuovo, ma per coloro che hanno la possibilità di venire a Portland, questo è uno degli hotel che voglio raccomandare.
