My partner and I visited for lunch on a Saturday around 11:15 AM. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. We ordered wedges, prawn fettuccine, lamb rack, and two trio ice creams. The wedges and prawn fettuccine arrived promptly, within about 15 minutes. However, we waited longer than expected for the lamb rack. A waiter came by to check on us, and when I asked about the lamb, she was surprised to find it had been out of stock. I was then asked to order something else. I opted for the eye fillet steak, which arrived 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, I found a piece of plastic wrap under the potato gratin that came with the steak. Since I was quite hungry after waiting, I simply removed the plastic and continued with the meal. The waiter came over to address the issue, but given the delays, we decided it was fine and canceled our ice cream order, as it was already 12:30 PM. Overall, the staff were kind, and the environment was enjoyable. However, I would suggest that waitstaff confirm the availability of dishes before taking orders and that the kitchen staff carefully check meals before serving them

Siamo stati a 5 diversi Resorts a Port Vila Vanuatu e questo è stato di gran lunga il nostro preferito! Quando arrivate al lobby si sarà incantato, la posizione e il resort sono incredibili. Il personale è così amichevole e il cibo è fantastico. Ci sono così tante strutture e attrezzature idriche sul posto per trarre vantaggio e la Lagoon è un grande luogo per nuotare o persino per prendere una barca. Non volevamo andare, questo posto è sicuramente un po 'di giardino e wr sono 100% qui la prossima volta che siamo tornati a Poet Vila. Grazie Warwick Le Lagoon, sei SUPPERB per dire il meno, ama quanto la gente qui realmente apprezza gli ospiti. Si sente apprezzato e benvenuto qui e è fantastico 👍 😁

Nasama Resort was amazing. The food at the restaurant is fantastic, and the cleaning staff are exceptionally conscientious (they would carefully prop my kid's toys up on the pillows every time they made the beds). The Three Pigs cafe does great pizzas, you can have a pizza night and then swim under the stars. You can also paddle at the little beach, snorkel and kayak out into the inlet, but you have to wait for high tide to get over the reefs. My husband was injured up north during our holiday and we relied on the kindness and support of Nasama staff to obtain medical care for him. We remain very grateful to all the resort staff.

Iririki was brilliant a fantastic location with fantastic staff! We travelled with our 2 young adult children and stayed in a family fare which was perfect in size and offerings. The staff are just wonderful, namely Moana, Fiiana & Levina at the experience desk helping us with our list of tours and experiences we wanted to do. They got us great deals and customised experiences for us and saved us money. Can’t speak more highly of them. Take the time to learn staff names and say hi each day and it takes your experience to another level. Vanuatu is under developed so yes there’s things that aren’t perfect and need maintenance but if you can embrace that rather than expect perfection you’ll do well. We will be back at Iririki for sure and we recommend it!

I'd give it 3.5/5 but the rating system does not allow it, and am being generous. The hotel seems to have been around for some time already and it is slowly delapidating. It is not in a bad shape, but parts of it could benefit from a facelift. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom style is oldish but it is perfectly usable. They do housekeeping only if requested, which is a smart move. Who really needs daily cleaning in their room? Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a quite good restaurant attached to the hotel, and it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the room price, and you can exchange money to items on the menu. Continental breakfast has the usual bread, butter and marmalades with fresh baguette and coffee/tea. They have also (watered down) soup to go with bread.

We have stayed at Fatumaru Lodge many times and we love it, it feels better then home. If you like to kayak or stand up paddling you have it right out your front balcony. (kayaks and stand up boards are provided free of charge) If you like to swim they have a pool just out your back door, the pool area has lots of shade and a BBQ you can use. You get beautiful view of the sunset that cover the sky in lovely colours which we look forward even night. The rooms have very large king size bed with a small kitchenet. The staff can book your airport transfers at the best price and they transfers staff will have a sign with your name on it at the airport gate. When taking a bus or taxi around town every driver knows how to get to Fatumaru Lodge. It about a 20 minute into town and you pass many bars and restaurants and long the way. We have plans to come back to Port Vila and we will be booking here again.
