My wife & i spent one night during the carnival period. The place was clean, located near all the carnival activities and did not cost as much as the other nearby legacy hotels. However, it could do with a little upgrading & modernizing as it had a 1980's feel. The staff is helpful but a bit more training in terms of greeting customers, warm smiles and making you feel welcomed would help. We felt like it was an emotion-less business arrangement. The breakfast was good. But be careful when using the shower as wall tiles were installed on the bathroom floor which can be slippery when wet. This is a serious fall hazard. All in all, it was a nice quiet stay and would definitely return.

Too far from airport. No restaurant . But nice reception at front desk.Taxi driver was very helpful.

The staff members were very pleasant and accommodating, however upon my arrival to the property I was very disappointed because the property is badly in need of upkeep. The 1st room we gotUpon entering there is a room with class walls which appears to be a storage area it not an appealing sight on entrance since the things inside is very dusty and thrown all over.

The staff was courteous and friendly. They helped with ensuring the stay was accommodating. The property was well maintained; cleanliness was a high priority.

Bathroom was not safe to get ìnto the shower.
It was Ancient.
Room need to be updated and redesigned.
Bed and linen was not changed for the duration of stay.
No wash cloth.
If I had a choice I woud have ask for a refund and go some where else.

I arrived at the hotel to see a bunch of people casually hanging out in front of the establishment. I was also displeased with the room. I was told I can check out early and that I would not be charged for the full length of my stay. This information was relayed to me by the front desk agent at the hotel. Later, I was informed that I would be billed for the full 6 days, despite the fact that I spent one night and also despite the fact that I was told I can check out early and would be refunded the difference.
Travellers, beware!!!!

Everything about this property was amazing, my boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and was impressed by the rooms, services and staff trea**ents. We will coming back soon!

Our stay was Pleasing, I would advise to walk with your own towels, thank god I did. Customer Service was good. Didn't like that I had to leave the keys when you leave to go out with the receptionist.

my stay was 1 night. it was ok. room is clean, just a little noisy because of ongoing construction. A good deal for the price. breakfast was good.
