硬件很好，服務很差，入住的時候前台的**白人明顯歧視中國人，一臉不屑和不耐煩，第二天的前台人員就熱情和nice很多。我們有兩個小孩，4歲和5歲，在攜程看的酒店規定17歲以下不加床的話免費，所以訂的1bedroom，結果到了之後就是不讓入住，要求訂**edroom，加100澳元，錢倒不是問題，但是那個勁非常讓人不爽。
房間其實不錯，但是沖這個也得打最低分了

Fantastic spot that we keep coming back to! close to everything, easy to park in the undercover lockable garages and move your gear into a lovely unit with amazing views. Now whilst the guys managing Sandcastles are great, Lisa described Jenni as an absolute delight.

We've just enjoyed another wonderful stay at Sandcastle. The apartment had beautiful views overlooking Town Beach and had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Handy access to restaurants, cafes and the beautiful coastal walk. Look forward to coming back again soon. G & K

Excellent location opposite Town Beach. Accommodation is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and filled with natural light. Hosts Jenni and Barry are welcoming and helpful including providing lots of tips on where to eat and visit in the area. We would certainly return.

The two outstanding features of the apartments are the magnificent views over the ocean, and the huge amount of space available in each. Coupled with welcoming, friendly managers, comfortable beds, all modern amenities and private good sized balconies, easy walk to the beach and cafes it's simply a great and convenient place to stay.

What an amazing place to stay at Port Macquarie. You are right on the beach and your views of the ocean, and the beach are absolutely uninterrupted. You feel a part of all the beach activity watching the surfers, the swimmers, the walkers and the Beach Goers. You can walk across the road to walk along the Ocean Walk which is sooooo good. And walking into town takes 10 minutes. The location is perfect. The unit has oodles of space and absolutely everything you need. If we come back, we will stay here again without a doubt.

Another wonderful stay at Sandcastles Apartments, a lovely apartment and a superb view. We were on the 6th Floor this year and the view was just breathtaking. Very comfortable king size bed, huge television and a kitchen well equiped. We had a 2 bedroom so had ensuite and seperate bathroom, a rear balcony was accessible from the 2nd bedroom. Fantastic stay.

Sandcastle apartments are in a fantastic location with direct access to the coastal walkway, beach, town CBD, restaurants etc. The views are stunning and the apartments very well appointed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We would recommend Sandcastles when staying in Port Macquarie and will stay here again.

There was not a thing that we could fault. From the first phone call, out of a last minute look for accommodation, to the day we left. Absolutely fantastic unit (No Stairs they have lifts) and the views were out of this world. It is a flat walk to the shopping centre along the river. Or walk out of the back door to the bowling club that serves food to die for.
