The overall experience is very good. The environment, the food and the staff are nice except for kit, e.g. toothbrush is out of stock.

호텔 시설은 좋았지만 배드버그가 있었습다. 방을 바꾸어 주었만 원래 예약했던 투베드룸보다 작은 방을 주었으며, 투베드룸으로 다시 바꾸어 주겠다고 이야기 했지만 다시 바꾸어주지 않았습니다. 호텔측으로 부터 아무런 사과도 받지 못하였으며, 어디서 벌레가 들어온건지 모르겠다는 말만 들었습니다. There was a bedbug in the room. Hotel directly change the room but it was smaller than I booked. We didn't have any apologies from the hotel.

酒店內不錯，出外有點不方便。早晚橋會關閉，要等班車。

The hotel is old and dirty. We have to carry our luggage by stairs because elevator was broken and there’s only on front desk staff at the reception. We found blood stains on the bed sheets and experienced power outage during our stay. We left after the first night and they won’t refund the second night after all these happened. Please reconsider before you book

I visited Le Sufren restaurant without a reservation, and Mr. Deeraj kindly arranged a lovely table with a stunning view. The food was not only delicious but also well-presented and explained by the attentive staff. Throughout the meal, the waiters ensured everything met our satisfaction, regularly checking if we needed anything. Additionally, the friendly receptionist added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner at Le Suffren was excellent. A large variety of fresh seafoods was available. After grilled, the taste was exquisite. We thank Chef Jonathan, Nash, Dhiraj, Samuel and Vanshika for making this dinner memorable for our 18th Wedding Anniversary.

We celebrated a wedding dinner that is absolutely exceptional. The food is outstanding, and each dish is perfectly prepared and delicious. The ambiance adds to the joyous occasion, making it a memorable experience for everyone. A special thanks to Dhiraj, Atish, and Sameer for their impeccable service and attention to detail. Their efforts truly enhance our celebration and make the evening unforgettable. Highly recommended for any special occasion or just a wonderful dining experience.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Beautiful place with amazing service and hospitality, especially from the restaurant staff (Nilen, Dhiraj, Samir, Arshaad).Good people. Excellent place to just come and relax. Highly recommended.

We had a team building dinner there, family style. Food was delicious, especially the roast lamb. Service was excellent. Nilen, our waiter was fantastic and made us feel welcome. Owen, our bar waiter was very professional too. Special thanks to Nash, the F&B manager, took great care of us.

Vanshika was star during my stay . She ensured that all her guest got the best service. I also observed that she never missed to smile while.serving. The other staff also made sure that the stay was comfortable. My only suggestion is the reception staff could.be more friendly

Many thanks to Dhiraj, Jake & Johnny. I came for diner with my husband and it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, friendly and very attentive. The staffs were well organized and kind. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing.

The meat was excellent, better than the chicken we took as it was a bit dry. All the staffs was nice to us! Especially Arshaad and Jessen took care of us, great boys. The view was nice and the desserts was amazing. I had a great date with my wife. Great night.

Loved the service Waiters were excellent 👍🏻 Food was great Atish,Jessen, Vanshika and Arshaad took very good care of us. It is a very cozy place,we had a blast. The atmosphere is chill and very comfortable all the people around are very nice.
