Il check-in è stato veloce e semplice, le presentazioni sono state chiare. L'hotel ha edifici e nomi diversi, quindi non ero sicuro di quale avessi prenotato finché non sono arrivato lì. Ho prenotato il Grand Lexis Port Dickson, quindi la stanza è a un piano e abbiamo la privacy perché non c'è una finestra e l'unica finestra è quella del bagno che si affaccia sulla piscina. La piscina è racchiusa da 3 alte mura ed è sporca di foglie e insetti. La stanza ha un'ampia zona per camminare con 2 grandi letti, un divano e una zona studio. Anche il bagno è grande, con la sua zona wc e doccia e una grande zona spogliatoio. L'armadio è collegato alla zona spogliatoio. La finestra del bagno ha delle fessure da cui sono entrate le lucertole. Ci sono molti parcheggi proprio di fronte alla mia stanza, ma quando scende la notte è pieno, ma ce ne sono molti anche nell'edificio dell'hotel. La colazione a buffet è nell'edificio dell'hotel e c'è molta varietà di cibo. C'è una grande piscina nell'edificio dell'hotel, ma è affollata. Non c'è nessun negozio nelle vicinanze, c'è un piccolo negozio nell'edificio dell'hotel ma chiudono presto. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale nell'accompagnarci alla nostra stanza. Ci sono corse gratuite in buggy per spostare le persone dalle loro stanze alla hall principale dell'hotel e viceversa.

Very dissapointing for this time. The phone at room are not working, internet so slow. The sink pipe the water all come out from the side and the water all arount the counter top,lucky I bring a kitchen towel. And I ask from a front desk an extra small towel . Grand lexis need to upgrade the room ,look old. But thank to the staff nama EVELYN. I recognised her from my previous stays, she upgrade my room to bigger room from my previous room that I book. All the buggy driver was friendly and helpfull. Hope to see a change when I come again next time.

Nice getaway location for relaxation. Service staffs are all friendly and kind. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay .

Service pantas. Request towel, extra blanket sekejap je smpi. staff semua senyum. Buggy service pun ok. Semua ok. Book exec pool view dh free upgrade to sea view. Overall in happy with my staycation

Family trip with 2kids, very enjoy the kid swimming pool with water slides & also room swimming pool ( big enough for 4 of us ) . Room is big with 2 king bed. Breakfast still need improvement. Service is very good.

Quit disappointed,by charges this amount room quit old, broken as per picture.

The stay was an enjoyable one.we would like to thank all the staffs for being so helpful and friendly.the food was delicious.hope to come stay again soon!

Buffet staff at the entrance could’ve been more pleasant, she looks as if the whole world offended her. Asked for our room number in an annoyed tone and did not even bother to look you in the eye. Other than this Chinese female staff, service provided by the rest of the staffs from front office to buggy service is exceptional. As for the room, sofa ceiling light doesn’t work, a/c is a bit noisy, pool light was’t turned on, door locks on both shower and toilet was out of order. Sink at the ‘tea area’ is not flowing smoothly and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly as well. Internet connection was a big disappointment, videos on you tube kept on disconnecting every few minutes.

Best vacation with family. The best service includes breakfast service, baggy & room service. Next dream trip to Imperial Lexis KL.

Perfect place for a quick family gateway. Pool size is good enough for children between 10-12yr.

I had a 1 night stay to visit family in the area. The hotel is grand but in dire need for a refresh and upkeep. For the price we were paying it was barely ok. Breakfast options were great but the place does get busy at peak time so best to be there earlier.

Enjoyed our stay .Overall great. The rooms have been comfortable. Excellent staff. Breakfast was soo good.
