Il soggiorno è stato molto buono, ma l'arredamento e i servizi della camera devono essere rinnovati, la reception è molto buona, il check-in è durato meno di cinque minuti, la posizione è molto buona, gli ascensori un po' affollati prima dell'orario delle preghiere

Non ho mai visto un hotel così disgustoso. Tutto ciò che consideriamo un servizio normale mancava. Le camere puzzavano, il bagno puzzava in modo disgustoso. Bisogna chiamare il servizio in camera e non puliscono la stanza, mettono solo l'asciugamano e sistemano le lenzuola e questo è chiamato servizio in camera. La colazione era terribile, nessun pasto vero e proprio e i piatti non erano cucinati correttamente e non c'era molta scelta e due o tre piatti del piatto principale sono rimasti gli stessi durante il nostro soggiorno. Non soggiornerò mai più in questo hotel.

The stay was amazing. The fridge didn’t work, and they replaced it immediately. I wish there was a separate room for a business center instead of a desk in a public area. The prayer hall audio was okay, but it would have been better to install high-quality speakers.

It's a pleasant stay,even to go to tawaf,less tiering bcos the gate no.90 is just oppsite to the hotel

MasyaaAllah our rooms were upgraded to suite. Recommended hotel near Haram Just walk little bit and you are in Haram Hope can stay here again

For sure, I will come again! The hotel has easy access—perfect! I was lucky that the front desk staff (I forgot to ask his name) upgraded my room.

Great location is the most selling point from this hotel. Room a bit outdated, dont expect a friendly welcome from reception. Their only doing their routine and have no warmth welcome. Especially the lady named noura or somethin. Will try another courtyard hotel for next.

Pullman Zamzam Makkah is an excellent choice for families performing Umrah. It offers a convenient location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service. What I adore the most os the convenient location, just steps away from the Grand Mosque of Al-Haram. This is the happiness money can buy. MasyaAlloh. *************

Good location to haram, but we must to use 2 elevator to hotel and 1 again elevator to room

The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to Haram. The service was really fast and efficient. The rooms although, were slightly old and felt used and not as “clean” as some of the other clock tower hotel rooms. Also the amenities in the bathroom can be improved by adding more like toothbrush toothpaste were not included which we expected. Also there was no blow drier or oven in the room to heat up food items. These improvements can lead to a better experience and for us to book again with Pullman Zamzam.

The location is the best. The staff are very helpful especially the receptionist. They allow us to do a very early check-in at 8.30 AM. After having more than 18 hours travelling, this really matter. Moreover, they give us the Haram View. We can't see Kabah, but we can see the people doing tawaf. Thank you Pullman. Will definitely in the first list hotel to stay at Mekkah
