This is honestly the worst and filthiest hotel I've ever been to. When I checked into my room, there were iron burn marks on the carpet, spider webs, and dirt stains in the bathroom (of what I could see). I asked reception and they moved me to another room, not much better. Also the same iron burn marks, and not to mention the bathroom, the container where the coffee, tea, etc. was in was dirty and had ants or some other insects crawling in it. Also, it advertises a restaurant, however, the lady at check in had to call and advised the restaurant is not open. As a female solo traveler I specifically looked for accommodation with restaurant and/or room service facilities so that I won't have to venture out at night on my own. They also don't have any sockets for a normal 2-point plug, and when I enquired about it the response simply was that they don't have it. Now having come to Port Dickson from KL, how was I to know that the plugs aren't the same? But the pure lack of assistance and don't care attitude was unacceptable. As the room was on the 4th floor, the swimming pool is right above and the noise coming from there, the splashing of water and vibrations were just the final straw. I ended up finding alternative accommodation because there was no way I was even going to use the shower due to the filth, again, the lady at the reception desk had a no care attitude not addressing any concerns. Unfortunately I am not able to upload the video to show how EASY it was to clean parts of the bathroom nor of the bowl with crawling ants. Stay away! I'm flabbergasted at how they get the high review score.

Dont bother to pay extra for king size bed, they will still give you 2 single beds. Its stated in their room info, my bad for not reading them. Well never expected a king equal to 2 single beds😅. Might as well I take standard room with 2 single beds. End up I woke up with backpain then only realize it was 2 single beds. 🙄 The rest, food buffet okay. Nothing much. Infinity Pool was great, suitable with the price. Gym some equipment not function. There were unused books or magazines kept at the rooftop, ruining the view. Overall, you get what you paid. Except im super dissatisfied with the beds.

Very clean and comfortable. With skyview swimmng pool and access to gym. Very near to beach. Reccommended.

A simple hotel with medium range price. Family unit comprises of 2 connecting rooms with 2 single bed unit and one more is queen bed. Breakfast buffet is ok with the basic food like nasi lemak, bread, cereal, fruit and cake are provided. They only provide 2 super soft pillows in each room, not comfortable at all. No soap bar or liquid handwash soap. Only provided with 1 shower & shampoo gel in each room. Please seriously consider providing soap bar so that it is easier to wash hand. This hotel is also very strict with check out time, not even an hour free extension. Every hour extension is chargeable at RM32.40 Feels like this is more of a low cost low budget hotel. With the rate charged, perhaps can pay a bit more to book at other better equipped hotels. For me, soap and decent pillows are necessities even for all basic hotels.

Like it coz less crowded. Minimalist, simple, hassle free ... suitable for quiet getaway even with children. Will definitely comeback for quick drive holidaye

There is no buffet breakfast on today 16th January , only ala carte that need to order. On the day that i check in the receptionist didnt inform no buffet breakfast for the next day. So there is not much variety of food that we can choose for breakfast.

Great little pit stop for us solo riders. Super budget-friendly, which is always a plus. Tons of parking, so no worries there. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're on a ride. Perfect for a quick break.

Good hotel for people who want to get away from crowdiness area. Near to Tanjung Gemok Beach. Also there is infinity pool with sea view

Comfortable and clean room. Can see the beach from the room. Nice view from the rooftop pool. The food at the restaurant also delicious.

Hotel yang selesa dan kemas. Helpful staff. Breakfast pn sodap2..

Dekat website Trip.com jelas2 tulis "King Bed" tpi bila dah check in bagi 2 single bed bila tanya receptionist thru house phone dari bilik Receptionist blh jawab : "Hotel ni mmg tiada katil queen @ king semua single bed je.Saya sudah tanya mangement regarding case puan.Managemnt kata sruh puan "sttle sendiri" dgn website ( Trip.com )" SANGAT2 BIADAP!! Terus turun kt reception counter.Bila minta jumpa dgn superior or Manager on Duty staff kte tiada sesiapa pun kt hotel sy sorang je. Supervisor tiada manager pun tiada. Mereka minta sy selesaikan sdri mslh ni dgn puan sambil menangis2. Masalahnya bukan di Trip.Com shje tpi di website Agoda pun advertise "King bed" Marketing team or any responsible department should be fixed this matter ASAP. Apa yg diiklankan tidak sama dgn apa yang disediakan di hotel ini termasuk cara penyediaan breakfast!!! Dalam website juga jelas2 beritahu breakfst by buffet tpi jam 8pg sy trun di restaurant seorang staff perempuan india meluru kluar dr kitchen dan bertanya dr jarak jauh " BILIK NOMBOR BERAPA!!??" No manners at all guest yg kena pergi dkt staff ckp elok2 number bilik dan diberitahu breakfst hanya disediakan scara ala carte. Mau kopi / tea / juice?? Kueyteow / Mee atau nasi goreng?? Adakah pihak hotel tidak menitik beratkn regarding ethic customer service kepada semua staff??!!!!!! DIMANA PIHAK ATASAN KETIKA HOTEL SEDANG BEROPERASI??
