Genuinely the most amazing place!! Food is phenomenal, there’s so much choice and I promise you now you’ll never be hungry, drinks flowing all day long too. The entertainment in the evening is class, we enjoyed Kareoke, live singers, pool Zumba and so much more. Staff are amazing, special shout out to Marta… the loveliest woman we had so much fun with her. We will DEFINITELY come back!! Thank you to all the staff you have been amazing !!

Sono stato ospite di questo hotel e la mia esperienza è stata assolutamente fantastica! La struttura è dotata di una meravigliosa piscina che mi ha permesso di rilassarmi e godermi il mio soggiorno al massimo. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad assistere e soddisfare ogni mia richiesta. Le camere erano confortevoli e fornite di ogni comodità, permettendomi di trascorrere dei momenti davvero piacevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza indimenticabile!

Buona posizione, si può credere che la stanza ha un frigo per rapinare il supermercato e portare la vostra birra alla piscina e la spiaggia per “bevande al mare e alla piscina” Le lenzuola sono fatti di legno, lo so dopo aver spaccato la testa sul quadro dopo aver scivolato su qualche gel di doccia sprecato. Tutto in tutto sarebbe visitato di nuovo

Ottimo servizio pulizia perfetta buon intrattenimento in piscina, il cibo della colazione e di ottima qualità e abbondante, le camere non sono molto insonorizzate……. La reception di ottima qualità e il personale è molto disponibile e gentile

Una location Urban chic…..vista mare…porto città ….molto suggestiva e rilassante …estremamente romantico…sofisticato e raffinato!! Bellissima musica d’ascolto…..ambiente elegante e soprattutto pulitissimo. Proposta culinaria coincisa , poca scelta ma ottima !!! presentazione dei piatti molto curata Qualità del cibo top!!!! Complimenti allo chef!!!! Professionale e calorosa l’ospitalità dello staff!!!! Ottimi cocktail e divertente il bartender Eros che mentre ti prepara i cocktail ti diverte con acrobazie e il suo sorriso.. Shanaia la cameriera più dolce e sorridente che ci sia!!! Servizio rapido e manager altamente professionale Prezzo molto onesto per tutto!!!

1 fantastica settimana in un hotel con tutte le condizioni ideali per una vacanza ben spesa. La posizione è buona, la piscina e il cibo è eccellente. Meno piacevole era solo il rumore di soffocamento, che si è verificato al mattino dalla animazione della piscina. Terribilmente negativo è stato l'attitudine scomoda, abusiva, eccessiva e brutta del SUP-DIRECTOR dell'hotel per farci pagare €20 per “ check-out tardivo” (11:35 a.m.) quando la nostra prenotazione su Trip.com dice “ check-out fino a 12:00”. Dopo un lungo dibattito che si lamentava dell'atteggiamento e non dell'importo, siamo stati costretti a chiamare la polizia e il vicedirettore incompetente è stato costretto a restituire i soldi.

L'hotel era eccellente, pulito con personale cordiale. La posizione era ideale proprio sulla spiaggia e tuttavia abbastanza vicino per raggiungere a piedi la città di Ibiza (15 minuti) Se ho qualche critica sarebbe l'area della piscina è troppo piccola e non c'è abbastanza spazio per lettini adeguati solo sedie a sdraio. Sarebbe bello anche il bollitore per tè e caffè nelle camere.

Molto bello.L'hotel è sul mare.C'è una buona vista.E' particolarmente vicino al centro della città.L'hotel è molto pulito e pulito e confortevole.E'anche un lavoro per la colazione.

Firstly, let me say this ... whoever took the photos of this hotel and edited them deserves a pay rise because they are a genius. I'm not even angry about the fact I paid almost 600 euros to stay here for a few nights, I'm disappointed at the fact the owners of this hotel can get away with being so deceitful. The photos you see online, in my opinion are not of the hotel you will be staying at if you book here. I've added some photos to this review which will show you what the hotel actually looks like, if you can even call it a hotel. Before I continue, I will say that the staff on reception, and the cleaning staff in general are really good, in fact they did they're absolute best to accommodate us when everything started to go wrong. I blame the management and owners of this hotel entirely. To cut to the chase: We travelled with a large group of people and upon arrival were given our rooms. The majority of the air conditioning units did not work and other rooms were offered, however those units didn't either and instead banged and clanged and spat out ice all over the floor multiple times. One member of our group couldn't get another room so had to sleep with his HEAD IN THE FRIDGE to cool down. I am not making this up, nor could you if you tried. There were cupboards hanging off the wall, the rooms were dark and dingy, the hotel is SO noisy that someone closing a door two floors up sounds like a gun shot, not to mention the fact the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything going on up and down the hotel. I found it incredibly hard to sleep at this hotel, as people were coming and going at all hours which made it unbearable at times. The window in our room didn't shut or lock properly and the reception staff are very clear on keeping your valuables inside the room safe ... I wonder why when the windows don't lock. The beds are solid as a rock, the pillows are like biscuits and every piece of furniture in the rooms is dated and grubby. Overall, the management of this place should be utterly ashamed of themselves for allowing people to hand over their money to stay here. Pay a little bit more and stay elsewhere, I really wish we had done.
