La ubicación está alejada de lo que es Palma de Mallorca , pero pasa un bus cada 20 min. Está al lado de la playa de Alcúdia lo que está perfecto por si quieres bañarte. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y la cama no es muy cómoda.

Arrived early hours in the morning, simple easy check in, given key card to room 427. First impressions of hotel very fresh, clean and modern. That changed the second we approached the lift. Only one working. On entering our room it was ok. I'm not a fussy person i just want a clean base to stay. The rooms are quite dated with ageing brown furniture, but ok. The bathroom was the most disapointing. Rusted shower, leaking taps, minty shower curtain and a bath that i can only describe as extremely old and used condition. we were B&B as breakfast is the main meal of the day for me. We tried breakfast on the first day and it was not good. Ive never refused a breakfast ever but this i couldn't stomach. I only had coffee (and orange juice was not available). Positives- the location is great, 3 minutes from the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Overall the hotel is ok. I would stay again but only for the location.

Upon arrival the receptionist at the time looked very uninterested in their job . The only happy ones were the bar staff who were lovely. We were in room 216 (photos attached). The photos explains themselves. How this fits the standard i’ll never know. The bathroom was atrocious and the cleanliness standard must be non-existent. When we complained all that was said about it that it was “old” and if we had any more complaints come back in the morning. However, we had to resort to showering in our flip-flops, for three girls this was extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention the dirty shower curtain and claustrophobic sized bath to the point you couldn’t even wash adequately without touching it. At one point, the shower pole actually fell onto one of us while showering because of how unsteady it was. There were stains on the ceiling, mould in the tiles and rust everywhere, this isn’t acceptable. We did complain again, but got told there’s nothing they could do about it. But having read other reviews they advised other guests maintenance checks, which we never got. Also, In the bathroom the hairdryer (very poor) had wires hanging out (safety hazard???) and would heat up within a minute to the point it was too hot to hold. We also had to keep asking for towels because these were not regularly changed and were changed once and that’s by us going to reception and asking. The cleaners do not do a good enough job. If that wasn’t enough; the air conditioning unit then started leaking water onto a lamp and bedside table where we slept, which I have video evidence of. We went down to complain again to be told it will be looked at in the morning… After that we got told that there was nothing wrong with it despite the proof of it leaking. The breakfast was bland, so we went out for breakfast most days. I wouldn’t wish anyone this amount of discomfort, I would advise to stay well away. Not worth the money when our stay didn’t even meet basic necessities. Hotel reception staff and manager of the hotel needs to have a look at themselves.

For a 3 star hotel we found it excellent value, great staff, rooms comfortable. Enough choice of food for everyone. staff friendly and courteous. Ideal location for beach, bars etc and transport links. Great value for money, anyone thinking different should up their budget and look for a 4 star ! Thank you Blue Sea, we will be back

So this is not a 5 star hotel but for the cost it was perfect clean friendly and affordable we will definitely be back. Breakfast was good the staff where very helpful the pool was cold but was only May child free which was nice the rooms where basic and missing tea coffee facilities but very clean
