Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa All Inclusive

Espresso Martinis by Oscar are amazing! The staff is really nice and helpful! Fun place to be :) The hotel is so pretty and stylish! The staff goes the extra mile for you! All the drinks are prepared with „orginal“ liquors, no continental drinks!

Really enjoyable stay at this beautifully maintained hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Sofia in the bars. Food was excellent, both in the buffet and the a la cartes. We ate in the Greek and Mexican and service was great in both also. You can book these via the app, at the start of our 5 night stay I could only get availability at the Mexican. However I mentioned this to reception and around one hour later had an email confirming a booking at the Greek also. Loads of pools which are shared with the albufera park. Feels like the two hotels are one as all of the facilities are shared. Our favourite place was the rooftop pool, which had a beach club vibe. Pools were cold in April, but i still managed a dip. Thanks for a lovely stay, I hope to return one day!

Lovely hotel. Great refurbishment. Very well maintained. Rooms are modern, clean & reasonable size. Emailed before to ask for rooms together with other family members. Friendly staff. Buffet food very good. Great selection. Different theme every night. Restaurants & facilities shared with Albufera Park hotel (attached). Plenty of sun loungers & space to sit by pools. Lots of parasols. Hotel didn’t feel too busy or crowded in Easter holidays. We loved the roof top pool. There is one that anyone can use. Would recommend this hotel Albufera Playa rather than Albufera Park for adults, teens & older children. Can also use all facilities at Albufera Park including kids pools but these were much busier. Regular day and evening entertainment. Very close to a lovely beach. Only negatives were that the pools were extremely cold. Impossible to use for long despite temp of 27 degrees outside. Nice to sit by but too cold to swim. Would recommend booking themed restaurants straight away. We didn’t & by our first evening, all were fully booked for our short break there. So didn’t get to experience them.

Just back from an amazing, relaxing week away with my wife and son at the Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa. The hotel facilities are fantastic, with everything so clean and tidy – the recent refurbishments were certainly evident. The garden areas were very pretty and well-maintained, adding to the overall serene atmosphere. The food was amazing, with a huge selection that made dining at the on-site restaurants almost unnecessary. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, and the selection of drinks was impressive. However, it was the staff that truly made our stay exceptional. The service from everyone, including check-in, all F&B staff, the pool lifeguards, and especially guest services, was absolutely excellent. Special mentions go to Paula, Marga, and Nuria, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. We’ll certainly be back!

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of May with my sister and our niece (12 years old). We had the best time, and we wish we could have stayed longer. My sister is a wheelchair user, so staying somewhere that can accommodate her is essential. This hotel went above and beyond. We had a lovely accessible room, the hotel was easy to navigate, nothing was too far, and the staff helped us with everything. I've visited a few all-inclusive hotels, and this is the best. The 2 buffet restaurants were delightful, so much choice and variety, and wonderful chefs ready to cook your steak exactly how you like it. My sister and I love good food, and our niece is very picky... we were all pleased. We particularly liked the lunchtime restaurant on the terrace, which served bbq. We also loved the Mexican restaurant (where we celebrated my sisters birthday). The food and cocktails were fabulous. The ice cream parlour was also a massive hit with the 3 of us. The cherry on the cake was that the beach had 2 (one adult and one child) beach wheelchairs. They're by the lifeguard station on the wooden walkway, so we were able to wheelchair down and get into the beach wheelchair. This enabled my sister to go in the sea, something she couldn't have done otherwise. The lifeguards were so helpful, I wish I knew their names to say a proper thank you. It really made our holiday. The hotel is 2 joined together, although the only giveaway is 2 receptions, because the design and flow of the hotels is excellent. It also smells amazing. There's always something for the children to do, and always sunbeds around the quieter pools for relaxation. The rooftop pool and bar are divine, I highly recommend. There's stunning views of the beach, sea and mountains. Often the cocktails at all-inclusive hotels are full of sugar, but here they're made properly. I loved the mojitos and margaritas. The bar staff really know how to make a good drink. I could go on and on because we truly had an amazing time. 5 stars for a 5 star hotel (it's 4 stars, but should be upped to 5). Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful few days. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, great facilities and stunning food. We just had a three night child-free break at this hotel and we’ve fallen in love with it. The location is absolutely perfect and the views are stunning. We booked a Star Prestige room and spent most of our time on the private roof terrace for Star Prestige guests. We could hear the kids pools in the distance but it was still so peaceful up there. There was a lovely little bar there, mainly staffed by the brilliant Marta, whose mojitos were perfect 👌 The entertainment stage area was great, especially The Soul Brothers who played on the Thursday night. They were exceptional. Also a note for Andrei in the entertainment team who was great fun during the quiz, interacting with people and being genuinely fun. And then during the main act he was on the dance floor dancing with all the children, it was lovely to see. The buffet restaurant was good, and if we liked seafood it would’ve been perfect. My partner and I are a bit fussy with food so we weren’t able to make the most of it but what we did have was good. The pizzas are very good, as is the cook-to-order grill. There was a notable lack of chicken options, which is our go-to, but that was more of a surprising observation than a complaint. It was mainly beef, pork and seafood. The barbecue lunch restaurant was also very good, with a large selection of freshly cooked meats, as well as standard fare like pizzas, pastas, salads and desserts. It’s in a lovely spot as well. The Mexican, Nopal, was the only a la carte we ate at. Again, no chicken options unfortunately but what we had was very nice. The tortillas and dips were absolutely spot on. The pork taquitos and minced beef burritos were the winners of the mains. We can’t wait to come back again with our little one, though we’ll probably stay in the Albufera Park twin-sister hotel next door as that has family rooms. But the hotels are adjoining so they’re basically the same hotel. Both are incredible. We wish we were staying longer but we’ve had the perfect little break!

We have never been to such a great hotel before! The surrounding is amazing, the sea is great but more important they have a great staff! They have an amazing kids club where our 5 yr old daughter never got bored and she was always busy and active with great caring professionals. The entertainment team was amazing they really put a lot of fun into our relaxing holiday. The buffet and the restaurants were amazing and no need to mention about the greek and Mexican restaurants! Last but not least they have a great management to take care of all your problems and small small requests, especially Nuria from Guest service was a super helper for us during our 4 nights of stay, she was amazing on solving small details for us. We will definitely come here again not because of the nature only but also for the great atmosphere!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent service, and very friendly and helpful staff. The food and restaurants were amazing - top quality and service. We enjoyed the themed restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for all age groups and abilities.
