フロントの人は親切だった。鍵の調子が悪く、部屋から出られなくなってしまったが、すぐに修理してくれた。
ベッドのシーツがおそらく、前の宿泊者から交換されていなかった。また、ベッド脇のデスクも汚れていた。

Pulling up to the hotel i realized i had selected the wrong one. I stayed at the location on Highway 1in Port Allen the last time and it was nice.
This location was more run down you could tell immediately. The palm trees is what made it inviting and made me give it a chance.
The man behind the desk was nice. When i got to my room it had the smell of mildew. The carpet was filthy and the tub i would not step foot in, there was no shower curtain and the towels were dingy.
I made due because i knew i wasn't going to be in the room much but to sleep.
There were a couple of domestic disputes in the early hours of the morning that woke me up. As soon as i dozed off again here comes the house keeper down the side walk with the loud cart going room to room hollering housekeeping...so much for sleep after 7:30 in the morning.

Refused to refund me and continued to tried to also charge me for cancellation literally minutes after selecting the room. No customer service, just Indian call centers.

I booked this room because it was reasonable, close to the event. It was comfortable, clean and easy to access.

The water came out brown from the sink and the shower. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. The sheets still had hair in them. The pillow cases had black marks on them. The blow dryer was falling off if the wall and didn’t work. Very disgusting room!

First off the door handle was disgusting, the bed covers had cigarette burns, what appeared to be blood stains and make up stains on the sheet and pillowed. The pillows were worn down uneven and my children and I did NOT sleep under the covers we absolutely were uncomfortable we slept with our towels on the pillows and covers. When I requested more bedding no one would come to change it out or give us additional towels. When I went to the front desk to complain I got nothing. I really want my money back!!
