Breakfast was very nice and evening bar service well received. Walking distance to menin gate, around 20-23 mins. Would recommend.

Meriterebbe 4 stelle ma l'addetto al check in è stato un po' troppo rude e scocciato nell'accoglienza e nel rispondere ad alcune domande.... Peccato perchè il posto è buono come posizione (poco fuori dal centro), le camere erano pulite e c'era un'ottima colazione varia. Peccato....

Welp, i certainly don’t recommend. The rooms are too hot with no AC, there is blood in the celing, bugs in rooms, toilets left with faeces inside , beds not safe, blocked drains, extremely crampt and no locks on the bathroom door. One of my mates have woke up this morning with pink eye and we didnt even get an option on what to eat (you get what your given).

WHERE DO I BEGIN, the food was absolutely disgusting, brown stains over literally everything to do with sheets and there were no bathroom door locks meaning if you shared it with some friends there was no guaranteed privacy. On top of this the staff didn’t seem very friendly and very rarely spoke the room was incredibly inadequately cleaned and there were stains all over the walls and the ceiling, and the beds were abdo

This Motel does everything right. Welcoming staff, well equipped perfectly sized rooms, easy access to the main square, excellent included breakfast. Easily the best accommodation we've had on our tour which has included some pretty fancy brand named properties.

DISGRACEFUL NOT OKAY!!!! BAD BEDS DISGUSTING THIS black bits in my bed -dodgy beds -filthy sheets vile stayed with the school and the food was also disgusting absolute NO NO might aswell throw me money out the window DO NOT COME HERE WASTE OF TIME

This is a ok hotel for the price The food is okay Beds are okay but itchy material on pillow and blanket If you are sharing a room with untrustworthy people beware there are no locks on bathroom door Mold in curtains and bed bugs have been seen in some rooms but they provided new rooms

This hotel is very basic and more as you might expect student accommodation to be - certainly not 3 star. Our room in the ground floor was rather dingy and although quite recently decorated still had a very budget feel about it. No premium linen or furnishings here. Website photos suggest a more premium experience that the reality. The ground floor rooms are on a lower level to the reception but there was no lift - just two spiral staircases so it would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. Didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. For one night I guess it was ok but we won’t be hurrying back.
