In centro a Pontresina, non lontano dalla stazione del Bernina express, piccolo albergo ben gestito da personale cortese, con camere moderne e funzionali. Noi eravamo in 3 e abbiamo preso una junior suite molto comoda, aveva anche un piccolo balcone e molte finestre. Ampia zona wellness con sauna (piccola) bagno turco e vasca idromassaggio. Ottimo ristorante con personale molto attento e cortese. Colazione un po' carente per i dolci, ho compensato con dell'ottimo pane (in Engadina hanno farine superlative) con nutella. Nel complesso una buona scelta con un ragionevole rapporto qualità/prezzo (per la Svizzera vicino a St. Moritz).

Grazie a buone referenze, abbiamo prenotato un cosiddetto weekend lungo presso l'hotel Müller. Ne siamo rimasti del tutto entusiasti. La struttura è veramente bella, nel cuore della altrettanto bella Pontresina; tutto è praticamente perfetto, curato nei dettagli, sinanche i bagni di servizio degli spazi comuni. Bella la camera con una vista impagabile sui monti, bellissimi i due locali adibiti a ristorante, ottima e di qualità la prima colazione. E per finire, la cortesia e disponibilità della proprietà e del personale ti fanno sentire come a casa, con una grande voglia di ritornarci quanto prima per un più lungo soggiorno.

La pulizia e’ eccellente e anche il servizio. La camera - una tripla - era molto ben arredata, letti comodi, angolo caffe’ rifornito. L’unico problema e’ che il letto matrimoniale e’ incassato all’interno di una nicchia, separato dal letto singolo da un muretto a meta’ altezza sormintato da una struttura di legno. Di notte ho sofferto il caldo e la camera nel complesso risulta costretta. Lo consiglierei solo x brevi pernottamenti x questa ragione. Ristorante ottimo anche se carissimo

Hotel Mûller is in a great central position in Pontresina. We had a fantastic room with balcony overlooking the mountains. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The room was spotless, roomy and they provided slippers, robes, water, coffee, fruit, sweets and plenty of toiletries. The restaurant was very good and the breakfasts had plenty of choice to suit all tastes. If you are English and like your tea do take a travel kettle as there was none in the room - and your own T-bags!! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The travel pass was a gem, we used it every day for transport and it saved us a lot of money- fantastic! The staff were all delightful - Would highly recommend.

Very nice and friendly. Families are welcome! We stayed in an apartment, but had breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed for our baby daughter. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. The apartment was super clean with a cozy atmosphere.

We've been travelling around Switzerland all week and enjoying it greatly, but we had the best time by far, and found the very best people at Hotel Mueller! What a wonderful time, we wish we could stay longer. Impeccable service and hospitality, very friendly and kind team. Hotel was perfectly clean and lovely style. Very comfortable beds and linens. We had the best sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and waiters were very kind. Menu is in German and Italian but they were happy to translate and describe the dishes to us in English.

Excellent hotel in scenic Pontresina close to St Moritz. Hotel staff are exceptionally hospitable and helpful in providing us hiking options and transport from the Pontresina train late at night. Thanks, Katrine! Rustic feel building, furniture with modern touch. Beds are comfortable. Room with big windows overlooking the mountains .

We ate dinner at the hotel each of the three nights that we stayed at the hotel. Our waiter, Antonio, was amazing. After the first night when we requested things like ice and butter, we found these items at our table when we arrived the second night. The food was delicious and filling. The breakfast was good, too. We liked the location of the hotel and we thought the price was fair.
