It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

Staff at check in and departure were so lovely. My room was 112. Very quiet. Woken by the dawn chorus song thrush and Robin. Was a lovely night away.

Warm welcome from Amanda at reception, requested a hair dryer and additional coffee sachets which was no problem. Comfortable bed, extra pillows on top of the wardrobe, lots of hot water, the room had a bath as well as shower and a great heater.

Stayed at travel lodge m4. Greeted by Amanda. Was super friendly and so helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. All the staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Ive stayed in some really nice places but this is 1 of the best. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myself, my wife and our dog stayed over Christmas at this location and were welcomed so well. The hotel was lovely and clean and despite a slight hiccup of a loud neighbor, we loved staying here and would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay close to Swansea. The room was clean and well kept, the only downside for us was the key access for doors that could do with an update, carrying bags and opening the doors with a key was a bit more difficult than we would like. The reception staff were incredible, so warm and welcoming to us and even welcomed the dog.
