I stayed here for two nights from 21st to 23rd February 2024 with my husband and we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay! We were in Room 14 on the top floor and had the following experience: - On check-in, our room and bathroom floor was filthy! Our feet literally turned black while walking barefoot and we had to complain, post which they mopped the floor and it got slightly better! The room was musty and that musty smell did not go throughout our stay! - The sofas in the room are visibly dusty and have no padding / cushioning at all. You literally feel like you're sitting on a rock. - The room door is entirely glass and allows sunlight to enter the room which is just impractical designing as you wake up every morning with abundant light entering the room! The door is also super flimsy and needs to be changed ASAP! - The reception has incompetent and inexperienced staff who just seem confused and unsure of what to do. Every time we raised an issue or requested for something to be done, the lady at the reception seemed unclear about how to resolve it and most times nothing was done! - There is major construction work going on at the plot adjacent to the hotel and while we cannot blame the hotel for this, the noise and dust is ridiculous! the hammering and drilling would start at 6 am (not sure how that's even legally allowed!). Not at all ideal for a vacation! The location of the hotel is fantastic and given that this is a TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice winning property and a Hidesign Hotel, we booked it. But the hotel is definitely run down and needs major upkeep and maintenance! There were other guests who had the same experience as us. FYI - there is no lift in the hotel so one has to climb stairs to the rooms which are on the higher floors. This should be highlighted for people with handicaps, health issues, etc.

È un dono però per il personale di avere un sorriso ampia sul loro viso e essere cortesi a un errore Durante un soggiorno di 3 giorni, abbiamo avuto tutti i nostri pasti erano al ristorante come tutti i bevande. Labbra disgustare il prezzo di una proposta che è lussuosa, ma vale ancora del denaro. Quando uscivamo, la macchina aveva problemi. Pensavamo che sarebbe stato più saggio fissarlo al pony. Il dipartimento frontale dell'hotel ha fatto qualche telefonata e viola abbiamo avuto un meccanico che è venuto e ha fatto le riparazioni necessarie .. e tutto questo tempo siamo stati in comodo lusso al ristorante Non posso aspettare di tornare
