Il ricevimento era difficilmente maneggiato e si sforzava di prendere qualcuno al telefono (anche quando mi chiamavo dalla mia stanza), la copertina del letto non era pulita, aveva tinture sporche, tra cui piccoli tinture di sangue sulla parte superiore. La camera e il letto erano bellissimi e spaziosi, ma la porta del doccia non si chiudeva completamente e causava un sacco di spreco d’acqua sul pavimento. Durante la scarica di carico, le luci andrebbero fuori e il personale dell'hotel avrebbe voluto molto per cambiare il generatore; abbastanza tempo per causare un attacco di panico! che era inaccettabile perché dovevano seguire il calendario di scarico del carico e essere sempre in attesa e assicurarsi che il generatore spari non appena le luci si spengono.
