與網上評分嚴重不符，相當於國內簡陋民宿水平。 %酒店位於一條小巷裡麪，周邊無任何風景可言。 % 房間WiFi信號慢如蝸牛，修理過兩次，無改善。 % 房間狹小陳舊，兩張90釐米寬的小床，連張可以放電腦的辦公桌都沒有。 % 入住時陽台的門鎖是壞的。 % 衞生間很小，設施相當簡陋。 % 細節慘不忍睹，比如兩張床頭僅有一個插座，更談不上USB插口。 勿入，避坑！

1.淡季房價價格嚴重偏高，約為周邊同類價格2倍以上 2.退款流程拖沓，耗費1周 3.衞生間毛巾架螺栓鬆脱，架子掉落 4.數字電視永遠有skynet循環跳出廣告遮擋屏幕，工作人員也無能為力，無法關閉 5. 房間燈具過少，整體亮度嚴重不足，和套間的規格不匹配，不適合小童起居 6. 套間陽台外有專屬草坪，還不錯

The resort is well located but quite cramped. The entrance is that of a dingy two star hotel. We were stuck there for three nights due to Nepal floods, which compounded the agony. Generally the staff is well mannered, but the experience was horrendous as the resort allowed a bunch of noisy Chinese tourists to jump into the swimming pool at 2a.m. in the night. They kept shouting and splashing to the utter dismay of other guests trying to sleep. I had to call the reception and ask them if i should call the police myself. After one hour of drama the hotel staff finally got them out. All this while the resort manager sumit Bhandari was no where to be seen. Next day when i asked for meeting him on breakfast, he was not in the resort and called me at 10 a.m. and expressed his regret, but mentioned that they can’t do much for such tourist’s actions. Summit seemed a clearly lackadaisical guy with high degree of disdain for customers. Next night again those Chinese tourists were extremely loud over their dinner in the restaurant and one could hear them from one’s room. If the resort manager wanted this should had been curbed, but he chose to look the other way. Horrible experience is an understatement.

Our stay at Temple Tree in was amazing. Each and every staff member was gracious, welcoming, friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and impeccably clean. The pool and outdoor dining areas are lovely and inviting. ️

It was my first time in Temple Tree and must say it was an awesome experience .food, ambience , service , stafds all good. Also, I was attended by Aastha Ranabhat a very sweet and friendly one who added more for my stay to be memorable. Will visit more often

Beautiful hotel with an excellent and friendly staff. Everyone was always smiling and being kind to each other (which seems customary in Nepal). The pool is amazing, the food was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would come back without hesitation

Wonderful resort. Great services. Beautiful country and Beautiful people. Staff was very courteous and helpful . Rooms were very neat and clean. Clean swimming pool . Good air conditioner. Room cleaning as per your request. Little costly but worth staying in it. I recommend this resort in pokhara

This place has so much greenery. Breakfast was pretty good. Jakoozi is also available and the pool is also great. I had a great experience there…… Rooms are old theme based…. I met ms astha there… she helped me out with all my doubts and problems

This resort is an amazing escape from the busy streets of Pokhara, especially after finishing a long trek. It’s perfectly located near the lake, in a side street, so you’re not in the midst of traffic and tourists. The breakfast and food in general is fantastic, we ate here three times, and tge staff is very helpful. We also enjoyed the gym, which is thoroughly equipped, and the jacuzzi was great.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were very professional and soo kind. Pawan was so helpful and very kind We had diner at the restaurant of the hotel and the food was amazing Thanks to all and especially to Pawan I will go back for sure to this hotel as soon as I can. 👌🏾 Greetings
