It was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

Like the place and the staff there are all very friendly especially a girl call 董臘梅， she has the passion to work in the hospitality industry and my parent felt happy with her too!! Great job

Nice serene area. Hotel is well maintained. Aircon is not switched on all the time as the weather now is hot and cold (temperature can vary drastically). Room becomes a little stuffy as there is no circulation in the room. Will recommend this hotel though!!! friendly staff :)

As you said, it is indeed a time of alternating seasons, the temperature difference between day and night is quite large, in order to allow guests to have a better sleep environment, the hotel did not switch to air-conditioning cooling mode. 設施：達到5星標準，硬件和軟件都可以，應該是新裝修的！ 衞生：很乾凈，很整潔！ 環境：很安靜，適合度假居住，離主要街區和景點都很近，停車也方便！ 服務：服務絕對可以很熱情！小鮑作為管家很到位時時關心客人，任何問題基本都是第一時間關心到！打掃房間的阿姨真的很貼心！特意幫我換了有助睡眠的枕頭！贊👍下次一定還來光顧！
