酒店非常差 非常小 定的一大一小雙床房 酒店給的是大床房 去前台換前台還很不耐煩説法語 結果換的還是兩張小床的房間 無論房間大小 還是設施 還是服務態度都是一塌糊塗 酒店欺騙消費者 攜程客服很好 積極幫助解決問題

L'albergo si trova all'ingresso della zona pedonale, a poca distanza da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. La struttura è un po' datata: le stanze sono piccole, ma comunque pulite. Colazione da migliorare un po'. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Had very low expectations because of all the bad reviews. However it's not that bad or I was lucky. The room was small (but it's normal for an Ibis) but fortunately there was no street noise or serious malfunctions. The room wasn't too hot although it was +30 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable. Can't comment on breakfast. It was a bit odd but nobody on the front desk spoke any English. I know I'm in France but this is an international chain hotel in a touristic city (Poitiers is very nice and underrated, by the way). One more thing - my stay cost me 25 EUR. If the price was 2-3 times higher, perhaps I would be more picky.

Claims to be a pet friendly hotel but say mottos the €30 a night charge for the dog to sleep on the floor of a room you have already paid for

It is a budget hotel that is excellent for a short stay (such as ours) in the city center and with a very nice, English speaking staff. The breakfast is among the best ones i have had in any hotel (kudos!). In our room the airco was malfunctioning and in no time we had a other one.

It is a shame that there is no kettle in the room with tea and coffee which would be most appreciated and are offered in many hotels
