Hotel in zona Crkva Hristovog Jevanđelja, Podgorica

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo Hotel 5 notti, tra cui la Notte di capodanno, l’hotel in se è bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, situato in una posizione strategica. Stanze grandi e spaziose, con pulizia eccellente, asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno idem come le lenzuola. La colazione a buffet purtroppo è stata disponibile solo due giorni, perché poi presumo avevano poche persone in hotel, comunque hanno offerto la colazione alla carta. Tutto molto buono, anche se ho preferito il buffet per la varietà che c’era. L’unica pecca che ho trovato, era il bar dell’hotel, l’orario diceva 08.00-01.00, la Notte di capodanno siamo rientrati in hotel alle 00.30 avevamo piacere di bere qualcosa ma il Bar era già chiuso, (?) poi è capitato che le ultime due sere che l’hotel era già vuoto, alle 22.30 abbiamo chiesto un latte caldo per il bambino non era possibile effettuare niente di caldo ( causa chiusura della macchinetta ), il giorno dopo stessa cosa, nulla di grave certo, però in un 5 stelle non mi sembra il massimo. Per il resto tutto bellissimo.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff speaks excellent English. There are many cafes nearby. At first, I was given a dirty room. When checking the room, the girl from the reception honestly admitted that she had not checked the work of the cleaning lady. A cookie for openness. Usually, in such situations, the staff comes up with some kind of nonsense excuse, but here the girl honestly admitted her mistake. Respect for that. Then they gave me another room. It was significantly cleaner, but the stains on the sheets and worn-out towels did not indicate the high standards of cleanliness at this hotel. The friendly dog at the reception was the only positive emotion-causing element.

Devo solo dire che ho fatto un'esame l'altro giorno e per errore controllato 1 invece di 5. Le darei 10 se fosse disponibile. Ridere sempre, vi saluto quando entrate dall'ascensore e quando entrate nell'edificio. Anche i cappelli sono eccellenti e prendete molta cura di assicurarsi che tutto sia quello che volete. L'hotel è assolutamente grande.

The hotel is about middway between an airport and the centre of Podgorica. Not the best location, but great stay nevertheless. All staff I met was very welcoming and helpful, especially Dusan working at the reception who kindly answered all my questions, printed my boarding pass etc. Room was good and breakfast served as a help yourself Swedish table had great selection too. Useful app for taxi in case you are in Podgorica is - Nas Taxi. An official taxi company, will save you and serve you well. The price is half to other taxi companies.

Что понравилось: Про номер и отель: Довольно приятный отель, который состоит из 5 зон: спальня (дверь закрывается), ванная комната, кухня-зал, коридор и балкон. В номере есть капсульная кофе-машинка в номере и сами капсулы, чайник (но чая и сахара нет) Про интерьер: Интерьер радует глаз. Мебель вся новая, современная. Нет аляпистости и чрезмерного пафоса. Номер просторный, тесно точно не будет Про вид из ока: Окна выходят во двор и нам было видно парковку. Было довольно тихо, сам двор миленький и приятный Про уборку: Все довольно чистенько везде, начиная от ресепшна и номера, заканчивая парковкой и столовой. Уборка проходила своевременно: полотенца и ванные принадлежности обновляют. Все полотенца без пятен, кровать кипельно-белая. На ковролине не было замечено ни одного пятна Про персонал: Персонал приветливый, всегда придет на помощь и ответит на все вопросы Про завтраки: Приятные и вкусные завтраки на любой вкус: фрукты, острые первы маринованные, овощи, мясо, колбасы, бекон, яйца, сыры, соки, вода, кофе, чай и многое другое Про СПА: Внутри СПА-зоны есть 4 лежака и 4 вешалки, сауна и бассейн с гидромассажем. Сауна довольна маленькая, но приятная и чистая. Нет никакого неприятного запаха химии, это огромный плюс. Маленький лайфхак: зоны с гидромассажем находятся в самом бассейне, так что не стесняйтесь нажимать серебрянные кнопки везде, где найдете :) Про спорт-зал: В отеле есть также спортивный зал, все оборудования в хорошем состоянии Из того, что можно улучшить: – Бутылок с водой нет, вообще никакой воды даже попить после длинной дороги нет. Только в коридоре есть кулер, но каждый раз выходить кажется не очень комфортным – У душа нет шторки/дверки, угол к сливу не по канонам, так что готовьтесь к потопу. После другого человека заходить неприятно – Вентиляция в ванной есть, но не работает, так что зеркало будет потеть 100% – Сломанная мусорка в ванной (починили сами) – Сломанный держатель туалетной бумаги (отвертки не было, так бы починили) – Мало лежаков в сауне, так что если вам не повезло будете как мы тупить в проходе минуту и думать, что делать дальше – Мало крючков в спа для халатов, будете тупить еще секунд 20 как выходить из этой ситуации, пока на тебя смотрят все, кто находится в СПА – В СПА нет полотенец, приходится брать из номера или вообще не брать. Странно использовать одно полотенце для чистого тела после душа и для вытирания тела после воды с химией – Сауна холодная. Если на датчике стоит 60, то реальная температура будет 30-45 градусов. Всей СПА-компанией, стояли около пульта управления, чтобы поставить 110, смогли разогреть до 73–75. Это был максимум. Муж сказал, что это из-за того, что датчик температуры внутри сауны установлен прям над нагревателем и ему (датчику) постоянно мерещится температура больше, чем в самой сауне. По правилам его нужно ставить в самый дальний угол – Кнопки ”не входить” и ”требуется уборка” перепутаны, мелочь, но как-то странно все равно – Беговая дорожка в спортивном зале не работал

Interesting hotel with a large indoor Olympic pool, a full basketball court and nightly buffet. They also have a bar with an ala cart menu and room service. We did not use the spa but they have one on site. We were staying here to be in town for an early flight the next morning. We initially loved the hotel and we would have if it were for the temperature of the room. It was literally 80 degrees in the room. When we called down about it and asked if they had any fans she told us that they had the AC registered as “working” and were reporting a much lower temperature then what was reflected on our thermostat. Now I’m not talking about a nuanced issue where it was like 71 instead of 70, I was literally sitting there with her with sweat dripping down my chest. We dutifully ensured that the windows were battened tight (after seeing that having them open was no help on a particularly boggy Podgorica night) and the card active in the things by the door. Thankfully it was only one night but after browsing their reviews it looks like it’s something that seriously needs to be investigated. Otherwise it would have been great!
