Hotel in zona Козел, Filippopoli

This hotel is perfect in every way. It is a small sized hotel which is what we prefer. We stayed in the premium room and it was very comfortable - nothing over the top or super luxury - but everything one wants and needs and very comfortable bed and modern. The only comment on the room is it would be good to have two chairs to sit in - instead of a chair and a stool but that is very minor. The room was perfectly clean and there was lift access to the rooms. The common area is very nice to sit - with a beautiful cafe and courtyard. The breakfast was exceptional - the best we had anywhere in Romania and Bulgaria - the quality was perfect with lots of variety and excellent coffee. We stayed three days in Plovdiv, and it was worthwhile as there is a lot to see and do we could have stayed more and done day trips. The staff are really friendly and provide excellent service without being annoying. The tour of the building was great, the history of what is underneath just adds to the charm. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Plovdiv.

The hotel enjoys a great location bordering the old town and Kapana areas. It is accessible from the bus/train station on bus services 20 and 26. The fare is1 BGN, pay cash on bus. Catch bus on the station side of the road immediately outside the station and alight at the first bus stop after exiting the tunnel, about a 5/7-minute journey. It is just a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and convenient for all major sights. Helpful and comprehensive introduction to Plovdiv on check in with map supplied and recommendations for things to see and do are provided. It was a beautiful clean and spacious room. our only minor reservation was the bathroom which is quite small and the shower is not enclosed so water is spread around the floor. Even though a squeegee is provided to mop up water, it is a little inconvenient. The room was well equipped with kettle, tea, coffee and water provided. There is also a mini bar. Breakfast the following morning was very good. Buffet style with range of options. All the staff were excellent, prices are very competitive for the quality on offer. We would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

E' difficile immaginare come un negozio di borse possa essere meglio in qualsiasi luogo. Ci piaceva! Sei stelle! Posizione: vicino al crest della storico Old Town, una pietra’ gettata dal teatro romano, si passa sotto un pozzo spinato che imposta il tono che si sta entrando in una comunità speciale. (Dimmi solo alla persona dell'orologio che sei un ospite dell'hotel.) Decor: E' davvero una galleria d'arte. I dipinti originali degli artisti bulgari contemporanei sono installati in tutto. Il piccolo keter di colazione/rifresco ha cataloghi e libri su di loro. Le camere sono poche abbastanza da avere il senso di stare in una casa privata, e la meravigliosa miscela di tocchi storici, chic e contemporanei porta a un piacevole pacchetto di carattere. Aperta per due anni, ha il demo assicurato di un residente confortevole a lungo termine. Camere: Ci siamo trasferiti in una camera deluxe al piano superiore. Che divertente da stare a letto guardando le stelle attraverso la corrispondenza di luci di cielo con i controlli elettronici per l'ombra e il chiusura su ogni lato. Buona magazzinaggio, uscite, e spazio seduto. Bagni, lussuosi Etro attrezzature, eleganti accessori nel bagno. Un piccolo balcone ci ha dato una vista sulla città.Abbiamo preso un colazione di servizio in camera completa e ricreativa. Servizio: La porta si aprì a un caldo benvenuto, a un completo sconto della routine, e una possibilità di preordine del colazione. Il checkout era altrettanto amichevole ed efficiente. Non c'è ascensore, ma il direttore della sera ci ha portato il sacchetto quando ci ha mostrato la stanza. Circuito: sebbene non immediatamente ovvio, il parcheggio stradale è facile; le case storiche di vari periodi sono un piacere architettonico. Ma, però, le strade di cobblestone sono gravi, non c'è posto per le corde! Finalmente, una nota ai snob: Finché non ci siamo accorti, non avevo idea di aver appena soggiornato in un Best Western. Se The BW Premier Collection è un esempio della loro ultima uscita, cercherò più soggiorni con loro. Bravo!

Hotel curato e pulito, camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Colazione abbondante e ben assortita. Personale preparato ma poco accogliente, si respira atmosfera triste. Abbiamo avuto poi una brutta sorpresa all'arrivo, quando ci hanno comunicato che la piscina e il centro benessere erano chiusi per manutenzione fino al 13 agosto. Averlo saputo non avremmo certamente prenotato questo hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cosy and modern. The breakfast is varied and rich. The front view is very nice. The hotel is far from the urban noise. I recommend it for relax with the family or for a rest after a long working day. There are enough parking spaces.

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno in quel hotel e potevo godere della gentilezza del personale, soprattutto Viktor e Peter che mi aiutano a risolvere il problema di un pneumatico piatto sulla mia auto di noleggio. Mi hanno fatto sapere che ho un pneumatico piatto e poi mi hanno aiutato a trovare un pneumatico piatto. Servizio di riparazione locale che potrebbe fare la riparazione sul parcheggio dell'hotel. Grazie mille per il vostro aiuto molto gentile e molto prezioso! Il vostro manager dovrebbe essere molto orgoglioso di avere personale come voi ! Ho avuto un soggiorno molto bello in quell'hotel, per 6 giorni, e posso raccomandare questo posto a qualsiasi viaggiatore che venga a Plovdiv !Grazie a tutti ! Alain H. BENOIT

During my recent business trip to Bulgaria with my Italian partners, we discovered a great new hotel. The quality of the rooms was fantastic, with amenities such as a coffee machine, complimentary water bottles, flip-flops, and shoe-cleaning sponges. The parking was well-organized and innovative, with electronic recognition of license plates. You are asked by email the day before your arrival to send your plate information to the reception before arrival, and your car will be automatically recognized at the entry zone. The hotel also boasts fantastic restaurants and the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have experienced in Bulgaria. Overall, this hotel is one of the best new options for business travel in the country. The same ownership as the nearby Jagerhof craft brewery and restaurant is also great. Keep in mind the restaurant is super popular in Plovdiv and often full. They make some of the best beer in Bulgaria; Germany built the beer production facility everything with Bavarian equipment and technology. As the city of Plovdiv has been booming in recent years, hotels like this are so much-needed
