"This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Once there she acted as my interpreter & paid for a Tetanus shot & Antibiotics plus dressings etc. Totally above and beyond her role and on her own time as she had finished her shift. The food in Avocado restaurant which is attached to reception is really delicious, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 The Staff were really polite and helpful and the 7 in our group were delighted we had chosen the Plaza. I will definitely be returning here."

"On the top of the mountain Very close to the pedestrian street, 10 minutes walk to the anti-water attraction The room is small, breakfast is OK. Driving is relatively narrow, there are not many parking spaces, be careful, stop at the hotel entrance to pay"

"Rooms and facilities are pretty new while the room easily has insects and mosquitoes due to location near the lake. Breakfast is good to above average with sufficient choices. Lady reception was helpful to advise potential parking in the Plovdiv old town while a gentleman at reception was unhelpful to do so."

"Non ho capito se l’albergo si chiama Hebros o Old legends. Comunque, si trova in posizione fantastica nel pieno centro storico della bellissima Plovdiv. Per il resto le camere sono molto particolari trovandosi in una residenza storica. Noi avevamo due stanze: una molto carina ma con il letto scomodissimo; l’altra, in una struttura separata, meno carina, caldissima, con aria condizionata estremamente rumorosa e il bagno decisamente maleodorante . La colazione da rivedere. Tra l’altro non hanno alcun tipo di latte senza lattosio. Il proprietario ci ha accompagnato a parcheggiare la macchina in un posteggio vicino all’hotel."
