"We had a comfortable room with lots of hot water in the shower within walking distance from the station and the center. There were many shared facilities like a kitchen area with coffee/tea (paid), seating area and smoking area. We didn't find the listed washing machine and there was no fridge in the room. There was no reception, and communication re early check in and/or bag drop was difficult. The toilet area was always wet because of there was no separate shower area or shower curtain."

"Lovely stay in room 12. Wine and cheese every day around 4pm. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone. There are 9 rooms, single digit rooms are on ground floor. Rooms with 1 are on 2nd floor (12), rooms with 2 are on the 3rd floor (22). Location: excellent location inside the old town of Plovdiv. Easy to walk to everything. Room 12: king size bed, 2 nightstands, small table with 2 chairs, wardrobe with small safe. Bathroom: during my stay they replaced the shower head to a rain shower head. Not shown in the picture I took. A nice upgrade. Victoria keeps the hotel running, she’s the best. Watched her help an elderly couple who only spoke French. She was so kind to them. She was helpful finding parking and restaurant recommendations. She knows everything!"

"Beautiful antique room, great bath, lovely bed, charismatic wonderful space. Nice breakfast. However… The concierge shared his DNA with of a plank of wood. Unhelpful, unfriendly and nowhere to be found when you needed him. Didn’t even say thank you or goodbye when we left. He just filtered into the shadows with the 40lev for parking. The woman was communicative, helpful and friendly. Maybe she should run it. (Oh, and the restaurant is shut) On another note. Plovdiv itself is very quiet, not much to do, in retrospect we should have spent no more than 2 nights."

"A unique hotel! Modern, comfortable and spacious rooms and apartments. Great service and impeccable hygiene. We have rarely seen such clean and tastefully furnished rooms! The materials used were of high quality and the colors perfectly combined and creating coziness. All common areas such as the restaurant, bar and lobby were with perfect furnishings and details. We had booked an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a baby bed prepared for the baby. There is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as a reading corner by the window. The bed in the bathroom was huge and extremely comfortable. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two people. The apartment had plenty of luggage space, a refrigerator with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a safe, an ironing board and iron, bathroom toiletries, a coffee machine and capsules, tea, slippers and many other amenities. There was a bowl of fruit on the table as well as prepared plates with cutlery. The breakfast was extremely good with a huge selection. The staff is infinitely kind, polite and always ready to help. There is free parking at the hotel. The car numbers are saved, so there is no need to use the card for entry and exit, the barriers open automatically when the car number is recognized. As a hotel guest, there is also a discount in the beer garden next to it. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance for dinner. The beer garden has a terrace and a playground, which makes the hotel very suitable for families with children. The playground offers many opportunities for children to have fun and is fenced, which allows parents to sit quietly on the beer garden terrace and watch their children without having to be constantly next to them. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit Plovdiv or to any resident of the city who wants to accommodate guests in it. I put enough photos to reflect what I wrote above."

"Hotel molto carino e in una posizione davvero centrale, dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e ho trovato la struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Non ho davvero nulla di cui lamentarmi. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: uscendo dall’hotel ci si trova già nel pieno centro della città, quindi è possibile visitare tutto comodamente a piedi, senza bisogno di utilizzare i mezzi o di preoccuparsi di trovare parcheggio. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze dell’hotel ci sono parcheggi municipali sorvegliati, con un costo davvero irrisorio, aspetto molto comodo per chi viaggia in auto. Nel complesso, mi sono trovata molto bene e lo consiglio vivamente!"

"Questo hotel è nel centro della città, accanto a un bellissimo parco verde con enormi alberi. Ci sono ristoranti, caffè e bar molto bello nel centro. Le camere sono generalmente spaziose e confortevoli. C'era un problema di piombo nel bagno il primo giorno che arrivammo. Non ci preoccupavamo troppo. Ma la mattina dopo abbiamo detto ad Alexander alla ricezione. Ci ha mostrato camere alternative e ci ha chiesto di scegliere. Ci siamo rimasti in una bella stanza. La colazione era sufficiente e bella. La pulizia era normale. Abbiamo visto abbastanza ospite per il nostro viaggio a Plovdiv, dove siamo rimasti solo 2 giorni."
