Hotel vicini a The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints a Pleasant Grove

Pleasant Grove (which is basically a Salt Lake City suburb) is not the sleepy little place you might imagine. Expansion of the SLC area means non-stop crazy traffic just about everywhere within 50 miles. Hyatt House, though, provided a place of calm, quiet, restful respite from the outside world. The hotel is easy to find, with great access to the I-15 freeway and lots of dining and shopping options . The room we were in was spacious, clean and modern, with excellent lighting, a big TV with good channel selection, and a shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water (no tub). The one drawback was the location of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom, which allowed little maneuverability to reach the tissue. (We just removed it from the holder and kept it on the counter instead.) Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

We booked this hotel while driving there, asked for a pet room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice room we got. Probably the cleanest pet room we have ever been in. (Note: the standard pet fee was disclosed at booking and was fair.) The location was fine - right off the highway in a roundabout kind of way - and yet quiet. Many restaurants were close by. Our room was clean, with a desk and desk chair, couch, chair, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, wet bar, and plenty of storage. If you plan to work at the desk, bring an extension cord. There was no electrical outlet, and as a result the desk lamp wasn't plugged in. The A/C system was efficient and effective. Breakfast was great - all the standard Holiday Inn Express options like cinnamon rolls (the best anywhere), eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, yogurts, breads, coffee, juice, and milk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Molto piacevole soggiorno a Hampton Inn a Orem Utah. Personale amichevole e utile, soprattutto Ashley, andò a un chilometro di più per essere utile. The price for this hotel was great for a family that has never been to Utah the breakfast was not great, but we could pick up some things and cook in the room and that was great. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up at Walmart getting an airbed for our kids it was that bad I wouldn't sleep on it. The one of the big problems we had was that the water in the shower was never fully got hot and with 4 of us in the room, I asked my wife if she was having the same problem and agreed. I went down stair to ask for a manger and this young kid name spencer said he was the manager and that he would work on it. I went back upstairs and told my wife about the guy and told her how I felt like I was bothering him by me complaining. Later that morning I came downstairs to ask if it was fixed and asked to speak to the manager a different guy came out his name was Skyler and let me tell you he was so different from the last guy I told him that I was talking to a different guy he told me that he was just a clerk Not a manager. He went on by telling me that they have been having this problem and are trying to fix the problem. Not a problem I get it. But this spencer guy needs to go if he thinks he is a manager what is he not telling the bosses. He also has his headphones on so how does he hears the phone ring or he is talking to the red head this is while I doing some work on my computer to many distractions in the room with kids running around. Love the tree lady she is wonderful I believe her name was Val what a wonderful person so kindhearted and so sweet to my kids and wife love that made us feel at home. Your front desk Manager Skyler runs his front desk so well and making sure everyone is welcome and happy besides spencer. One thing that he does is sit and on his phone and chat with the red head. Sorry for the long review but I thought it needed to be said and so that the right people can see how these people are running the place. If you stay here, these are the people you want to deal with Front desk Manger Skyler, Val, Char (night Clerk), Monica, there is another young lady she is great but can't remember her name she had dark long hair and most of the time she worked at night when I came to use the gym. Don't Deal with Spencer He doesn't care!

Bel nuovo hotel, il personale della reception era eccezionale come al solito con il marchio Tru. Adoro la semplicità delle camere. Tuttavia, la pulizia è stata carente qui, c'erano diversi peli e macchie sulle lenzuola e sul pavimento del bagno. Anche il letto era fatto in modo molto approssimativo, forse questo hotel ha bisogno di cambiare il personale delle pulizie. Sfortunatamente non c'era una stanza alternativa a cui passare perché era tutto esaurito.
