Non consiglierei questo hotel. Non c'era acqua nella stanza e l'elettricità nella zona comunale (che significa non sollevamento) per il nostro soggiorno di notte scorsa. Dobbiamo portare il nostro pesante bagaglio nelle scale per controllare. Il ricevitore ha promesso di rimborsare i soldi per l'ultima notte, ma il nostro agente di prenotazione ha detto che l'hotel non è raggiungibile perché non rispondono mai alle chiamate telefoniche o alle email, quindi la nostra richiesta di rimborso è ancora in attesa. L'hotel si è impegnato a procedere immediatamente con il nostro rimborso, ma ovviamente non è così.

Piccolo hotel carino, a 3 isolati dalla Fifth Avenue. una zona tranquilla, bei ristoranti vicino al centro, buona colazione, l'unico svantaggio qui era che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, ma il responsabile ha fornito una nuova camera di aggiornamento. L'hotel ha un potenziale ma necessita di un aggiornamento esterno.

Great location. Rooms are clean and big. Rooftop pool is great place to relax. There is a grocery store below hotel and it the best. Grocery store has hot food and tons of breads and pastries. Hotel is one street from 5th ave. Staff was friendly. Will be come back.

We enjoyed our one night stay in Playa del Carmen and we were glad to have chosen this place. Our room was spacious, very clean and had modern furnishings. We booked our room to include a free breakfast (from the healthy cafe/shop next door) but it wasn't worth what we paid; small cup of coffee, 2 pieces of toast and a few small pieces of fruit. However, the hotel has an excellent location - close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. As well, the hot tub on the balcony was amazing and we will definitely come back and book with Soho Playa Hotel again!....minus the free ”breakfast.”

L'hotel sembra bello, ma è molto rumoroso. Soprattutto durante le mattine quando dormi. Il ristorante sul primo piano inizia a lavorare dalle 6:30 e le pareti sono molto sottili. Quindi si sentono un sacco di rumore e duro per dormire bene. Ma hanno ancora buone promozioni per messaggi e altre cose libere.

Il servizio presso la reception/lobby è fantastico, utile e amichevole. Anche nella piscina, il personale cerca di fare il meglio come molte persone ordinano e penso che hanno bisogno di più personale per servire tutti. Tuttavia, al ristorante La cocina per colazione e cena al ristorante Sushi: il servizio era piuttosto lento, anche alcuni piatti erano stati dimenticati e abbiamo cancellato, alcuni cibi arrivati freddo bisogno di migliorare il servizio da tavola.
Non ho apprezzato che la maggior parte delle attività settimanali programmate avesse bisogno di un dollaro aggiuntivo.
Ci serve un posto di spiaggia adeguato per camminare.
È divertente avere un'arcade per un divertimento extra.

We are a well travelled couple who are generally easy going and not hugely demanding. Positives: - The hotel is centrally located. - The hotel is quirky and a little quaint (personal opinion). - The hotel is fairly cheap. - Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. - Our room was huge. OK's: - Reception staff friendly-ish (some more than others). - Cute little pool but way too much chlorine. Negatives: - The reception staff can barely communicate in English and made no effort to get hold of someone who did. - We booked a room with two beds. The one bed was very firm and the second not useable (it was too unstable to sit on let alone sleep on. - The pillows were made from memory foam and accordingly very hard. Woke up most mornings with back and neck ache. - Air-conditioner leaked non-stop. We had to use both trash cans in the room to collect the water and they needed regular emptying. Reported this to reception on 4 occasions without remedy. - Lack of furniture in the room. The room is listed to cater for 4 guests however there was only 1 dinning chair in the room for use at the little table. - The balcony is a good size but no chairs, however there was a table. Also the railing around the balcony was very wobbly and badly rusted (certainly wouldn't let children play on that balcony. - The shower-head was very old and blocked which resulted in the bathroom getting flooded and a rather unpleasant shower experience. - General maintenance of the room was terrible. Windows and balcony door opened and closed with difficulty. Front door was felt very insecure and the internal locks (chain lock) was barely attached to the door. (granted I never felt unsafe). Holes in the walls that have never been filled or repaired. - One day we noticed what appeared to be bloody foot steps in the pool area. It unfortunately took the staff two days to clean these footprints. Unfortunately, I would never stay at this hotel again. I would also not recommend this hotel to anybody else.

UUtente ospiteWhen I say average I do not mean bad. But nothing stood out. I was just there a couple of weeks ago and I cannot remember anything that stood out as positive or negative. You pay for a comfortable stay, a good night's sleep and hopefully nothing will go wrong. This place was just all that. Parking in the basement. Large hotel, the ATM machines had run out of cash according to a customer complaining at the next counter while I was checking in. It was New Year though.. There is a small 24hr convenience place near the desk, with all minimum essentials. Just as well as there is nothing really close by. There is a shopping mall type place with some eateries, but not sure how you could get to it without a car. And if you do take a car, you have to go miles in opposite directions just to get to it. There is a place called ”Perche No” which does really decent pizza (just avoid the four cheese one) and desserts are a bit small. Other than that, the room had a kitchenette like all Residence Inns and was nice enough. Decent balcony and view at the back, sitting area and all good enough for the one night we stayed there.

Il servizio è ancora buono, la lavastoviglie sono spazzate, qualcuno può riparare meno di dieci minuti.

Il prezzo dell'hotel di Natale è costoso da fare, specialmente l'hotel di Xcaret, quindi questa volta, oltre a vivere in questo Xcaret Messico (in appresso X), un altro è Iberostar Quetzal (in appresso Q) che non ha molti turisti cinesi. Il prezzo di Q Hotel è inferiore alla metà di X Hotel (Naturalmente X Hotel contiene biglietti per il parco divertimento, non vale la pena).Rispetto a X, come Ray Tang, hardware e scena, consiglio Q

X Hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle familiare con il popolo nazionale, le camere sono grandi, le strutture nuove e le hardware non devono essere detto.La spiaggia è molto caratteristica, c'è un senso di montagna avatariana. La spiaggia è più della metà di diamanti, una piccola spiaggia, la qualità dell'acqua è eccellente.X è il giardino, Q è la giungla.

Se ho una famiglia di X Hotel, potrebbe sentirmi bene, ma ho vissuto nell'hotel Q. Al contrario, Q Hotel ha una sensazione di ritorno. Il cameriere è più felice e tranquillo. L'acqua di vino è aperta e bevuta. Il buffet è molto fresco e basta. Il giorno di Natale, il drago è arrosto e la salsa è mangiata. Non c'è nessuna salsa. Al contrario, i camerieri dell'hotel X sono un po'di lavoro e un lavoro. Non molti dei buffet devono aspettare. Guardando che il posto è molto piccolo per mangiare e bere.
Ho anche prenotato un pasto giapponese Xin Gao. La speranza è che non sia troppo alta. Il bambino ha ordinato un pranzo di riso, è un po'di riso bianco!Ho ordinato un piatto, non ho raggiunto la fine del pranzo, il cameriere mi dispiace, non c'è fine del pranzo oggi, e il chip è la fine del pranzo sostitutivo per te

I took my extended family to Playa del Carmen for a fun week. I booked 4 separate 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms suites at Anah Suites but were given 3 suites at Anah Downtown and 1 suite at Anah La Playa across the street. They were overbooked and our concierge, Daniel Jimenez, tried to accommodate us by offering to move us to the La Quinta by Anah on 5th Avenue & 40th, but we realized that the current location was actually the best since it was close to everything. Daniel was really accommodating and the staffs were really nice! The suites were offered at a good price for the money, however, it is close to a busy street. I let the rest of my family stay at the suites at Anah Downtown and we stayed in the suite at La Playa across the street. Our room was clean but one of the toilet wasn't flushing in 1 bathroom and the shower barely worked in the other bathroom. This was annoying at first, but wasn't a big deal since we spent most of our time outdoors doing activities. Be warned that nearby streets are constantly busy (noise all day and all night) and for our trip, the other guests were coming home at 3:00AM in the morning and making a lot of noise. Playa del Carmen is very close to Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-ha, Tulum and a lot of cenotes that were really fun to swim in. We will definitely do this again soon.

Let me first start off and tell you that the reception staff and maids are absolutely lovely really helpful my issue is not them at all. I'm going to write this review completely honest because I don't want another person to go in blind like I did. If you like sleep and you like quiet do not stay at this hotel. First of all when we arrived at hacienda del Caribe after an 11 hour flight we were told we were being moved to their sister hotel which is a bit of a walk with a disabled child our daughter and four suitcases anyway we were tired and happily agreed.The hotel is the most noisiest hotel I have ever been in and we have travelled the world.Not street noise that I can understand as it's the town no it is people inside the hotel because the windows are sheet thin and the doors have huge gaps the security do not care. I took videos of the noise.i complained to the hotel who moved us up a floor however we were without a room entirely from 11am until 4pm my disabled son needs a quiet room and this is unacceptable. The noise was just as bad I took more videos of a man trying to kick our door down I rang reception for security no answer my husband ran out to restrain him as he was biting guests and he strangled the receptionist armed police turned up then security I did not feel safe after this and I told them this. It was packed with people who were like wild animals screaming all hours day and night not once told to be quiet? It ruined the holiday if I'm honest but you get what you pay for.oh might I add aswell I had earplugs in! che abbiamo prenotato non era disponibile e abbiamo dovuto condividere un letto matrimoniale. È un vecchio hotel con puzza di muffa e cassetti bloccati. La piscina chiude presto il sabato sera (20:00) ma il mariachi/karaoke può suonare fino alle 23:00 e il rumore si diffonderà nella stanza. Le alghe sulla spiaggia sono piene di pulci di sabbia e siamo tornati a casa con oltre 100 morsi di pulci di sabbia tra noi cinque. Il buffet era ok ma non vale $45 al giorno a persona.

UUtente ospiteWhat a great place! The location is excellent. It is right on the main square. The hotel is close to 5th Avenue but it is far enough away so not to hear it. The receptionist, Rocio, was extremely helpful. She even helped us with our bags. Lucas was also very helpful. Super people. We will definitely come back.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the employees, particularly Miroslava, Rafael, Timu, Jorge (from the trolly), Mijael (bartender), and Francisco!! They clearly take pride in their work and went out of their way to make sure that every guest had a personalized and memorable experience. * They are warm, friendly, and approachable. They are punctual, reliable, and always strived to exceed guest expectations. Overall, these employees at Ocean Riviera Paradise El Beso are truly exceptional. Their dedication to providing outstanding service and ensuring that guests have a wonderful time is evident in everything they do. UUtente ospiteFour family couples rented 4 condos here in Feb 2023. We were there a week. Playa Del Carmen (PDC) is no longer a sleepy fishing village and Google says has 340,000 population. The touristy pedestrian 5th Avenue is flanked by a great music scene reminiscent of New Orleans - IMP. Lots of great live music everywhere, afternoon and evening. As with all tourist destinations it was not inexpensive. While you could find deals (25 peso tacos at The Best Tacos Ever on Mondays) - and local beer from 50 - 65 pesos, hamburgers were 250 pesos at the beach clubs, and we paid as much as 500 pesos for lunch portion of grilled mahi-mahi with a small portion of yam fries. This seemed to always include fresh corn chips, salsa and very often live bands, not mariachis, but 3 to 5 piece bands. This is a new condo hotel residence located at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue, which is 2km north of the ADO bus terminal, the ferry terminal and the centre of the tourist area all of which are on 5th Avenue. It is about 4 blocks to the clean and modern Chadraui Grocery store and 4 blocks to the beach. It is a very pretty building with marble floors, open air lobby with front desk and coffee shop. Great cappuccino. The front desk is manned during the day time. Carlos was friendly, spoke English fluently and was very helpful. The desk’s job was to call the owner if there was a problem with a suite. There is a security person at the building lobby entrance 24 hours. Fresh linens were on Wednesday. This is not a full service hotel. The condo units are owned by different people - meaning, to us, each unit has different kitchen supplies and maintenance, for example. The one bedroom units have two bathrooms, and are designed to be locked off to create 2 separate units. The square footage of what you are renting is listed on the website. Check this carefully to know what you are renting. We had a full ( both parts - Suite 205 and 205L) of a one bedroom suite with balcony. One part would be bedroom with king bed, TV and bath. The other part has kitchen, table height dining bar for 4, TV and a pull out couch and bathroom. The building opened November 2021 and with travel restrictions, I am guessing this season could be considered their first. Like all new buildings, it has construction glitches to be worked out. Hot water was intermittent, water pressure was highly variable and for 24 hours there was no water. The safe in 205L did not work. One of our group (305 and 305L) had next day service (24 hours +) on getting their safe open when it failed. The entrance key for the suite is kept in a lock box beside the entrance door. You will be given a code to access your key. The locks are fussy. We requested and received a key card for the second entrance door. The balcony doors slide back to create a full open air kitchen. The bedroom had blackout curtains. The kitchen had dishes and cutlery for 4. It had 2 non-stick fry pans and assorted non-stick pots and cooking implements. There was
