Hotel in zona la colonia Guadalupana Ecological Park, Playa Del Carmen

Siamo una giovane coppia che ha deciso di trascorrere due giorni in questo fantastico resort soggiornando in una delle 400 camere presenti. La nostra camera in particolare aveva una vista sulla laguna che attraversa il resort. All’arrivo, Alfonso, personale del resort ci ha subito accolto e preso le nostre valigie e le chiavi della nostra auto per portarla al parcheggio. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in ci siamo diretti con una macchina da golf presso la nostra camera, dove abbiamo potuto osservare parte del resort in compagnia del signor Alfonso che ci spiegava le attività e i ristoranti presenti nella struttura. La camera il letto fronte alla laguna ti regala dei colori mozzafiato ad ogni risveglio. Entri in camera e ti senti a casa, tutto quello che desideri è lì a portata di mano, non manca un dettaglio, puoi persino lasciare il tuo alimentatore per caricare l’iPhone a casa perché sono presenti prese Usb accanto al letto. Il pomeriggio ci hanno fatto trovare degli ottimi cookies e una borsa con all’interno un termos, un telo mare e un set da viaggio per cosmetici. Il secondo pomeriggio una porzione di frutta fresca, tutto senza mai aver chiesto il servizio in camera. Ogni giorno la camera veniva ripulita e se mancava qualcosa dal frigobar o del caffè veniva rimpiazzato, cosi come i cosmetici presenti nel bagno. Il resort è molto grande e il modo migliore per visitarlo è prendere una delle tante biciclette che si trovano nei vari parcheggi e fare un giro per poi lasciarla sulla spiaggia, bere un ottimo Margarita e tuffarti in mare o in una delle piscine, senza ricordarti di prendere un telo mare perché presso ovunque è presente un armadietto con teli mare a disposizione dei clienti. Avendo optato per il piano All-inclusive, avevamo quindi accesso a tutti i ristoranti presenti tranne al ristorante “Gaia”. La colazione in questo resort rende difficile la scelta di come iniziare bene la giornata perché il buffet è cosi ampio che non si sa cosa scegliere. Tutto di qualità, frutta fresca, pane, cornetti, salumi e tanto altro ancora. Pranzare e cenare presso qualunque ristorante presente nella struttura è sempre stata un’emozione. La mia fidanzata è intollerante al glutine ed in ogni ristorante che siamo andati, il cameriere chiedeva sempre le intolleranze prima di prendere un’ordinazione, un dettaglio che fa la differenza. I ristornati sono eleganti, dallo stile retrò al moderno, molto buono il cocktail “Papi’s Home” presente nel menù del bar da “Tauro”. Alcuni emozionanti, come “Fuego” dove puoi pranzare a piedi nudi sulla spiaggia e ammirare la bellezza e i colori del mare che la natura ti regala. Il Mayakoba da l’opportunità di effettuare anche alcune attività, noi abbiamo optato per la canoa, ma non puoi allontanarti oltre a delle barriere che sono presenti nel mare per trattenere le alghe. Questo è un bel hotel situato nel centro della città di Playa del Carmen! Ha avuto modo di parcheggiare la nostra auto intorno all'hotel! Ci è una bella vista dal tetto! Ci piaceva anche il cortile! La stanza era pulita, il servizio del tè era ok! Si consiglia questo hotel

Il servizio presso la reception/lobby è fantastico, utile e amichevole. Anche nella piscina, il personale cerca di fare il meglio come molte persone ordinano e penso che hanno bisogno di più personale per servire tutti. Tuttavia, al ristorante La cocina per colazione e cena al ristorante Sushi: il servizio era piuttosto lento, anche alcuni piatti erano stati dimenticati e abbiamo cancellato, alcuni cibi arrivati freddo bisogno di migliorare il servizio da tavola. Non ho apprezzato che la maggior parte delle attività settimanali programmate avesse bisogno di un dollaro aggiuntivo. Ci serve un posto di spiaggia adeguato per camminare. È divertente avere un'arcade per un divertimento extra.

Non consiglierei questo hotel. Non c'era acqua nella stanza e l'elettricità nella zona comunale (che significa non sollevamento) per il nostro soggiorno di notte scorsa. Dobbiamo portare il nostro pesante bagaglio nelle scale per controllare. Il ricevitore ha promesso di rimborsare i soldi per l'ultima notte, ma il nostro agente di prenotazione ha detto che l'hotel non è raggiungibile perché non rispondono mai alle chiamate telefoniche o alle email, quindi la nostra richiesta di rimborso è ancora in attesa. L'hotel si è impegnato a procedere immediatamente con il nostro rimborso, ma ovviamente non è così.

Piccolo hotel carino, a 3 isolati dalla Fifth Avenue. una zona tranquilla, bei ristoranti vicino al centro, buona colazione, l'unico svantaggio qui era che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, ma il responsabile ha fornito una nuova camera di aggiornamento. L'hotel ha un potenziale ma necessita di un aggiornamento esterno. La foto è una pizza vegana proprio accanto! Sorprendente.

Tutto è andato bene, le strutture sono un po 'antica ma di buona dimensione, suggerimenti sarebbe che aggiungere un asciugacapelli nelle camere e che cambiare le tovaglie perché durante il nostro soggiorno non ci hanno cambiato le nostre - Una tovagliola.

When I say average I do not mean bad. But nothing stood out. I was just there a couple of weeks ago and I cannot remember anything that stood out as positive or negative. You pay for a comfortable stay, a good night's sleep and hopefully nothing will go wrong. This place was just all that. Parking in the basement. Large hotel, the ATM machines had run out of cash according to a customer complaining at the next counter while I was checking in. It was New Year though.. There is a small 24hr convenience place near the desk, with all minimum essentials. Just as well as there is nothing really close by. There is a shopping mall type place with some eateries, but not sure how you could get to it without a car. And if you do take a car, you have to go miles in opposite directions just to get to it. There is a place called ”Perche No” which does really decent pizza (just avoid the four cheese one) and desserts are a bit small. Other than that, the room had a kitchenette like all Residence Inns and was nice enough. Decent balcony and view at the back, sitting area and all good enough for the one night we stayed there.

This was my second stay at the Westin Cozumel. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and in a nice location - just a 5-10 taxi ride into town. There are several restaurants that are excellent and just steps away. The private beach and snorkeling steps away is a real plus. The staff is very pleasant and kind, particularly Damian at the front desk. We also enjoyed a massage at the Zazil spa on-site - excellent services with hydrotherapy and very skilled masseuse. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and amazing views. Would recommend! The only I thing i foresee needing an update would be the bathroom tile work - it's starting to look a little dated/ragged. It's a short ride from the airport so, traveling from Houston, we can be on the beach with a drink in hand in under 4 hours. Win. win.

We were incredibly disappointed with this hotel, it looks 5 star but the experience isn’t. We stayed July 2024. On check in, the whole process took over an hour because they had put our reservation down for August…not July. This was eventually resolved and we were given a ‘temporary’ room for a few hours. At this point we were understanding- these things happen and they offered a solution. The man on the check in was pleasant but incredibly slow. We stayed for 4 nights and there is no doubt the setting is wonderful and the rooms were lovely- however breakfast (included) was atrocious and lacking the basics. Bread but no butter or jam etc out, we had to ask every time and often more than one member of staff to eventually get it- often taking over 20 mins. One day there was no buffet at all but no one could explain why. You could order 2 out of the 3 remaining dishes on the menu but you were only allowed one per person. I had pancakes but then had the same fiasco that they came with no syrup and I had to ask 2 members of staff and wait 20 mins to eventually get it. On the Saturday night we stayed there, the hotel decided to throw a party until 2am…. Guests unfortunately were not invited or made aware so we were kept awake for several hours in our room. I went to reception to complain and was told a manager would speak with me in the morning..needless to say they didn’t. Reading between the lines, they host a lot of events for the local community (which is great) but the communication around it was poor and not acceptable for hotel guests. If they had invited hotel guests and offered a drink on the house or something along those lines it would make much more sense. The whole experience was completely bizarre and not worth the price they charged. I would expect this kind of service from a cheap local guesthouse, not a 5 star resort. The staff were not unpleasant at all but poorly organised and lacking basic communication.
