During our stay in March at the Palace Resort in Playacar, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the entire staff, making our experience truly unforgettable. The bartenders—Ancelmo, Raoul, and Roger—were not only skilled but also friendly and welcoming, always adding a personal touch to each interaction. Leticia stood out for her radiant smile and outstanding service. Ana and Dana, who worked by the pool, were fantastic with our young children, including them in activities whenever possible, since they were too young for the playroom. Their creativity and energy kept our kids entertained and happy throughout the day. The pool and concierge teams went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Sylvia, Aaron, Ignacio, Marvin, Carlos, and Ricardo were always attentive and friendly, making us feel pampered. Myriam, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless and was always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. Dahlia and Eder from concierge were instrumental in making our stay seamless, arranging everything from activities to special meals, and ensuring our room was always family-ready. The entertainment team also impressed us—particularly Daniel, who hosted a memorable chef’s dinner. Chef Daniel, Assistant Wilburn, and Pastry Chef Joaquin amazed us with their culinary expertise, while Deicer, Alejandro, and Louis delivered outstanding service. DJ Jose Antonio created the perfect atmosphere with his lively music, making the evening even more enjoyable. A standout moment was our romantic dinner, expertly prepared by Chef Francisco and served by Jose Luis and Louis. The dining staff—Sotero, Yesema, David, Valentin, and Fabian—provided exceptional service, treating us with warmth and efficiency at every meal. Finally, Manuel, the bellboy, added a personal touch to our stay with his infectious positivity and helpfulness, making every interaction a pleasure. Overall, the staff at Palace Resort went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to return to this incredible destination in February 2025!
