Cache Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

It was the worst. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I visited 3 times, but they did not give me a hair dryer, and the technician came after 3 times saying that I needed to install it, but it took 20 minutes to install, so I couldn't use it in the end. There are no hangers in the room, no body shower, and disposable shampoo cannot be used without scissors. The window is unlocked and the safe has no key. Sound outside There is no soundproofing at all and it is noisy, such as singing inside. It looks like a room from the outside. I took off my clothes without even knowing it. There is no phone in the room, no elevator, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the reception. Don't ever go, never ever

This place is a full scam. The room was not clean. The towels were yellowish and wet. The in-room facility is beyond terrible. In the room the bed and everything is a $20/night quality. The toilet has not flushed when we checked in. In the night there were night clubs, but the room is not noise proof at all. When you check in they say you need to maintain curfew at 11pm. Guess what, at 12AM, the bar in the hotel is still playing loud music. Before you book this place, make sure you check other comments as well. I forgot to take pictures, but you will know what I mean from other bad reviews.

프라야 델 카르멘 지역에서 가장 핵심적인 위치에 있어요. 해변도 가깝고 버스도 가깝고 마트도 가깝고 이지역에 여행오실 예정이라면. 이 호틀을 선택하지 않을 이유가 없네요. 단. 조용히 책읽는것 좋아하고. 불면증 있는분에게는 이 호텔이 맞지않아요. 호텔은 아름답고. 안쪽 객실은 비교적 조용해요.

An excellent property for solo travel, our especially for couples. Great access to Playa Del Carmen restaurants and fifth Avenue bartender and host was great front desk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed help with a parking ticket.

Our stay was wonderful right up until checkout. The man at reception went to check our room and came back with a towel that he said was stained. My wife said it was not. He insisted it was and said he wasn’t going to return our deposit. I got mad and took the towel I bought from him. We went home with our towel. Washed it, and I am now HJ proud of owner of one WHITE used towel. We loved the place and everyone except the man at reception. We will not be back.

Cache Boutique Hotel was awesome! I'm not even a person who writes reviews but I have too! Lets get the 3 negatives out of the way. 1. The shower wasnt cleaned well. 2. Our room had a window next to the door where people could see part of our room. We had to be careful where we stood after getting out of the shower. 3. Stained/Sticky Balcony chairs. Now the good stuff! Alejandro at the front desk made our stay so amazing. He gave the best recommendations, very clear directions, super accomodating and literally always had a smile on his face. This hotel is super loud and lively every night until about midnight. Which husband and I didnt mind at all. I wish we had more time! Never got to get in the pool (which was heated at night!) and didnt get to try the on site restaurant which we heard from other guest was delicious. And they had nightly activities that we were always too tired for lol. We felt super safe, minutes walking to amazing food, beach, and the main avenida. Just overall the best location for a mix of city and beach vibes! We would highly recommend this hotel if location and hospitality are more important to you than glitz and glam! Side bar: they have a dedicated parking lot under the building (so our car was pretty much always in the shade!) but the morning of check out we realized we left our lights on and our battery was dead! Within 10 minutes we were helped by one of the guys Angel at the hotel who had jumper cables in his car! Truly a life saver!

If you’re into loud Mexican music from 10am to midnight,then this is the place for you ! Hotel was small but very clean , room was spacious but basic with minimal hanging space and no drawers, aircon worked well. Breakfast was good there is a choice of 6 cooked item which was fine - although a little limiting if you not keen on eggs. The lady on reception (general manager I assume ) was very rude and almost insulting - certainly did not create a welcoming environment. We like the hustle and bustle of 5th Avenue but like to be able to retreat for some peace and quiet ,unfortunately although this hotel is 2 blocks away from the action - there’s no escape ! Not really the place for us

Pretty much the worst hotel I have stayed in. Everything is broken from toilets to furniture. Everything inside and out is in state of disrepair, pool is filthy, room doors don't lock properly.. the list goes on indefinitely. As a cherry on top they have extremely loud party every night until midnight so don't even dream of sleeping before then.. and don't think you'll enjoy it because it will vary from EDM where people try to crash your room to hook up to a geriatric tango night. You wont be able to ebjoy the pool even if it wasn't filthy. All in all, so bad that it's almoat comical. Seems to have a bunch of french canadians who flock there so maybe that's their target audience. Everyone else, go literally any hotel arpund and it'll be better.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and the staff is attentive. However, I had to check out and cancel my reservation due to a loud party at the hotel scheduled to last until 3 am. Additionally, the internet does not work in the rooms, which is essential for my work
