This resort has good staff for the most part . The staff in the Nico restaurant was rude and unprofessional. The food in the buffet was poor . Breakfast was the only good meal we had there . The room was nice 2 out of 4 days there was no hot water for shower . Overall it’s a nice property beach access was perfect . That was the most important thing for us .

The resort had great ambience. The walk ways through between the villas are nice.
Staff was friendly, however, there were several times we had to wait for food/drinks at the bars and snack shacks. To the point we would just go to another location or try again later. Everything shut down way earlier than expected/advertised.

The food is terrible the service is horrible. It’s a tourist place but no one speaks English. The rooms smells bad they can’t do anything because it is from sewage. There is absolutely no accommodation I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go the location is good but go to different hotel. The last day I had food poisoning from Mexican restaurant and that was cherry on top of this vacation

Our first time to a smaller resort and really enjoyed our stay with our toddler. Had both family-friendly groups and some other wedding or group party events. Good mixture of people, decent food, great beach, good kids pool. Overall good experience.

The food reminded me of the school cafeteria. No drink runners by the pool. Level of service not good

It was an all inclusive resort and all beverages in the hotel room including soda were complimentary upon arrival but would not refill. By 8 am there were no lounge chairs to be found at either pool or at the beach. They were all already taken. The buffet food was not very good. For the pricing of an all inclusive resort, I would say it was mediocre. We had our best meals leaving outside the resort. Grounds, room and resort were very well maintained and beautiful but we will not return to this resort again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. I was looking for a resort to relax and this one did not disappoint. It’s a small resort, only 2 pools and 1 buffet. There were 2 other restaurants that needed reservations and we had no issues getting a reservation. The beach was private and relaxing. The staff was amazing. If you’re looking for a party resort, this is not the one for you. I’d definitely stay again.
