L'hotel dispone di una piscina molto bella. È un peccato che tu non possa bere da esso. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Vicino all'area delle feste e alla zona tranquilla della spiaggia, quindi va bene per quello che preferisci. Nel complesso, buon soggiorno

Il servizio era stupendo
Vicino al mare ... ma un po lontano a la centrale in macchina 20 minuti .. in pullman 35 .. il resto tutto ok

Ottimo hotel vicino alla spiaggia. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Tanti servizi per rendere confortevole il tuo soggiorno. Inoltre un'aria condizionata funzionante che in estate in Spagna è enorme. Attenzione, molti hotel affermano di avere l'aria condizionata ma o non funzionano o non abbastanza bene.

What an amazing find this hotel was. Absolutely immaculate, extremely helpful staff, quiet, and a totally relaxing a**osphere.
I've given this hotel top marks for everything as I simply couldn't fault it.
Oh, and pay 9 euros for the breakfast and don't get ripped off on the seafront.

All things being said this hotel had a little bit of a Young crowd, however there was very good manners with not pre booking dear at the pool ( which often happens at other establishments) and the pool and hotel itself spotless clean and nicely maintained and temperatured.
Service personnel very very polite and professional and helpful. A receptions (Facu) was most helpful with an idea for a non touristy restaurant close by.
Very happy with this one night stay and if I had to comment on one thing it would be the little light that seeps under the door at night.
But a really pleasant experience.

This is a nice hotel and quiet when I was there. At check in you have to sign a rule sheet which seems designed to emphasis quiet and order. I didn't experience any problems and I didn't have to wear a wrist band during the shoulder season. The no guests in your room policy is likely meant to discourage noise in the rooms. My only discomfort was it was a bit cold at night and there isn't a warm blanket on the bed nor heat available on the thermostat. I'd stay here again.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1.5 nights , 1 full day due to my return flight being cancelled at the gate at midnight so it's difficult to review. The El CID where I stayed for 5 nights was far nicer and in a much better location with lovely views and good selection of tasty food, on the beach, sea view, definitely recommend EL CID HOTEL. EXCELLENT! Rooms with sea view/balcony, very clean, spotless and tastefully decorated/interior .

We had a horrible customer service experience. We stayed for one night since our flight was departing very early next morning. The lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t have any customer orientation skills. The room had ants everywhere and was extremely hot since the air conditioning wasn’t working well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
