Siamo venuti 15 giorni in viaggio di nozze ed è stato veramente da sogno , posto super carino , abitazione spaziosa e confortevole, tutto il personale veramente carino e disponibile. Ogni sera spettacoli emozionanti. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente .

Siamo tornati ieri da Tenerife…e ci manca già tutto!villaggio molto bello, stanze belle grandi e pulite con ogni comfort anche per i più piccoli, ristorante buono, vasta scelta e si respira un clima quasi caraibico, personale accogliente e gentile. Si trova nella zona golf di Playa de las americas, fuori c’è anche il posteggio auto per chi prende l’auto a noleggio. Ci torneremo presto di sicuro!

9 giorni passati nella camera 120. Hotel per famiglie, molto carino, perfetto per visitare Tenerife. Staff gentilissimo, David (grande esperto di Tenerife) e Thibault al ricevimento e Fanny al ristorante ci hanno accompagnato con il loro sorriso e la loro gentilezza lungo il nostro soggiorno. Camera grandi comode e pulite. Da evitare le camere vicino al ristorante. Peccato solo al ristorante la frutta non è di qualità e i dolci non sono attiranti. La mattina tutti mettono gli agliugamani per prenotare le sdraio è poi se ne vanno. Lo consiglio vivamente

Resort molto carino con alloggi completi di angolo cottura e terrazzo arredato molto bene. Nota negativa era la poca illuminazione e mancanza di prese di corrente, soprattutto in camera. Colazione ottima come pure la pulizia. Intorno al resort il nulla.

Il resort è davvero molto bello e ci si dimentica l'oceano perché si sta troppo bene dentro il resort. Consiglio l'all inclusive se non vuoi avere pensieri di nessun tipo per cena o pranzo. Prodotti culinari ottimi. Piscina molto bella e ben tenuta. Uniche pecche da migliorare: i cocktail che non fate dovreste fare degli aggiornamenti per offrirne di migliori (non beveroni dentro le bottiglie, e poi i materassi dell'appartamento piuttosto scomodi da sostituire (troppo imbarcati, oppure cambiate le reti che li sostengono). Per il resto grazie al team sempre disponibile e sorridente. Un saluto in particolare ai mitici Frank e Fany. Un grande abbraccio.

Highly recommend!! We came for our friends 50th birthday staff are amazing so much fun friendly and professional. Food fabulous for everyone great choice for all I’m a veggie and found myself going up more than once! Our apartment was spacious beds comfortable clean everything you would want in a holiday. Special thanks to Vanessa Fatima Sonia Raoul Andreana Stephanie and all the lovely bar staff. Can’t wait to come back (villa 01)

We had a brilliant stay here with our 1 year old child. The hotel is perfect for families with a lovely pool area, kids club and daily activities. Stefany in particular was fantastic with our baby. We had a wonderful stay. Rooms are as advertised, ideal for a small family and spotless. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice every day. We did have the lunch buffet on our first day and were disappointed but other than that it was perfect (we were only B&B so would recommend this board). It is about 25 minutes walk to main area for restaurants and bars/beach but we walked almost every day and was very doable. Taxis are also only 5 mins away and very cheap. The reviews are accurate for this hotel, we would definitely return.

As soon as we arrived we were very pleased how clean and tidy the hotel was , there are two pools and a baby pool very nice sized. Staff are amazing and helpful, Stefany is absolutely brilliant at her job the kids loved her, she seems to do everything all day everyday you see her sorting out the pool games and kids games during the day then in the evening presenting all the entertainment, which was very good, the Foam party that they host in the day on a Thursday is a big hit! The kids loved it, it’s something different and haven’t seen it when on holiday before. They host a kids mini club during the day which we didn’t use but looked very good and wouldn’t have had any worries leaving our kids with them to enjoy it. A few of the kids can be fussy eaters but there seemed to be something for everyone every night, some days better then others which isn’t to do with the quality of the food just our personal preference. We booked through jet2holidays and had unlimited Siam park tickets for our entire stay, that would be something I would highly recommend going to, the hotel run a free shuttle bus there and back which we took full advantage of! When we was booking we noticed on the map it looks set back a bit from the main part of las americas but we walked down several times with kids and it’s a pleasant walk took no longer then 15 minutes but could keep the kids occupied by trying to spot lizards on the way. Overall I have no faults with the holiday from start to finish! So happy with our stay we’ve already been looking at rebooking for next year!

Just returned from a week here. The first apartment we were given had broken air con in the living area so they gave us another one on the second day. The apartments are huge with separate bedrooms. The beds are comfy too. There’s no safe in the rooms but you can hire one in their safe room near reception for €20 a week. We were AI. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice although every day was virtually identical. Every evening meal was themed. The quality of the food was very high and extremely tasty. Not a huge choice. Some themes didn’t appeal to us so we ate out 3 nights. The drinks were poor. They give you the cheapest spirits going. The rum and vodka is disgusting. Most of the cocktails are pre-made and poor. My husband got a Black Russian with no coffee in. It was just vodka and coke! I wish we’d gone only B&B or half board at a push. The hotel is very quiet and a bit far from the main resort so not easy to just pop out for a drink. There was plenty of sun beds which were comfy. Many of the umbrellas were broken though. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Overall, a lovely, small hotel.
