Tsilivi Beach Hotel Zakynthos

Hotel perfect, pool perfect, location perfect. Right on the beach. HOW EVER. The food is another thing. Hot Food no matter what it is , it’s cold. We don’t really know what we are eating because NOTHING is labelled. All inclusive but the Alcohol is mediocre. The Bar is on par with a bad Blackpool pub. Not inviting, At the moment there is No entertainment.

From start to finish this was such a peaceful holiday! I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for an all inclusive base in Tsivili. The hotel is situated right on the beach, the bar is within metre of the sand so perfect for a beach day to still get those cocktails You can either walk ups slight hill (barely noticeable) to mid resort and from there head towards planos end, or down into the older part of tsilivi. We chose to walk along the beach front into the resort where magdelenas popeyes etc is. Evening meals weren’t our favourite but we tend to go out of a night to try local restaurants All the staff are super friendly and make you feel really welcome Also worth trying out the lady at the massage tiki hut within the hotel, really nice massage and such good prices We would be back here again next time we are after all inclusive

Just returned from a gorgeous 2 week holiday at the tsvilli beach hotel! Room - we had the family rooms, number 526 It had an amazing view of the pool and you could see the beautiful sunrise over the beach every morning ! The room itself was lovely and super clean… the cleaners clicked on by day two and started setting the beds as we preferred them with a sheet on top not duvet (it was too warm for that) to which we was very grateful. Hotel - very good and has just about everything you need , it’s situated on the beach which is an added bonus and just a short walk to experience the Greek culture etc . Mini golf is a short walk away and has an amazing a**osphere there’s 5 different courses we played them all. Eating out I highly recommend m-eating if you walk down to the top of the street and turn right you can’t miss it! Pubs - Magdalanas and the two brothers were our fave The Greek people are the nicest and most genuine people ever no hassle what so ever Hotel food - hit and miss it’s hard to provide for everyone some nights were amazing (bbq night on Sunday was our fave) day time food you can’t ho wrong with the gyros etc (delicious) Entertainment team was fab dates 19/8/22-2/9/22 The pool party hosted by warren and the two women was the best ! marious was fab always getting involved and super friendly … also the main man (forgot your name sorry) such good banter during aqua aerobics and bingo etc hood laugh! The woman entertainer again was amazing so sorry never got your name ! reception staff very helpful when we visited and Suzanne happy to help when my son lost his wristband in the pool we would 100% visit again and I could go on but I won’t . 8/10 from us (entertainment at night could be improved, more shows etc and food at night but as I say it’s hard to get it right for every culture) The lady who owns the local shop Denis’s is amazing and so helpful/ friendly ! Tsvilli waterpark is fab you get 30% off for being in a nearby hotel and is a short walk away you also get a free snack and the price is ridiculously cheap . breeze bar (sports bar) at the top of the road is fab too! Enjoy your holidays !! We miss it so much already Ps added bonus the lifeguard is so chilled and it’s one of the first places we’ve been with no complaints about pool floats or ball games etc it was so refreshing !! * keep up the music around the pool during the day it made it better … most people enjoyed the days a lot more

The 2 entertainment lads were amazing really good fun know how to get everybody going, they got almost everyone up and in the pool for aqua aerobics which was a good laugh, we played football and table tennis which accommodated for everyone which was good, if the manager sees this let them know that they really made our stay….. from, sweetheart 🤙🏼

This hotel is great location food very good staff friendly but in the evening its terrible its as if they make it so bad that you have to go elsewhere to find enjoyment in this i would not return greece is very expensive so if you have to go out its alot of extra money to take when on all inclusive thats not good.

Let’s start with the pros of the generally great hotel. It’s a big and open resort with two main pools very very close to the beach. The facilities are very good; pools, gym, reception, beds, snack bar, restaurant and massage place. All fantastic. Staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms were absolutely lovely. (We had a balcony on the top floor overlooking the pool) The location was perfect. Right on the beach and just a few minutes walk to the *****. Definitely more of a family resort than party town. If you want a classic sun/beach resort holiday in Zakynthos then this place is perfect. Why it doesn’t get 5/5… My partner is vegan and so naturally required different meals during the day. We took the all inclusive option on the basis we could request vegan meals to be made on the day. Something we were told on the phone and at reception. Come dinner time we asked for vegan options only to be told wait until tomorrow. The next night…the same thing. “I’ve told the chef but you might have to wait until tomorrow”. It was disappointing to not get this request fulfilled. Thus Tsilivi Beach misses out on 5/5 from us. On the whole, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel and made use of the lovely amenities. But for the lack of vegan options we would absolutely be back!
