Never using ******* again. I was a long time customer, but never realized the intentional run around ******* will go to, if you have a problem, until this trip.
******* has become a money grab website with little to no customer service. If you actually need to talk to someone at *******, good luck! I requested a price adjustment for my room reservation, and after much frustration trying to find the right contact ALL via text or email, no actual talking to a person, they denied it because of a technicality. (Fully refundable vs non refundable) exact room, and dates were the same. The refundability clause (which is ridiculous) is what gets ******* out of reimbursing for the consumer for finding a cheaper price.
As for The Omni William Penn Hotel. Old, lackluster, and poorly trained , much attitude front desk staff.
