Hotel in zona Escape Stores, Piraeus

Dopo otto giorni di piacere all'hotel, dov'è il prezzo di Trip.com e Trip.com all'estero, e cinque ordini sono stati ordinati. Non è che il tempo di prenotazione sia più lungo, meglio è. Il prezzo di salto spesso è molto difficile e facile da fare. Questa volta, 48 giorni di viaggio, l'hotel è il più grande delle stelle, la stanza è anche la più grande e le tasse sono 4 euro il più costoso al giorno.Non è lontano dalla metropolitana, dalla tram e dai bus. Confrontato un miracolo, qualcuno aprì la porta nella stanza, era un cameriere del ristorante. Dopo aver aperto la porta, due parole greche sono andate. Non riesco a capire, ho parlato con la reception, non ho paura, mi mostro il viso, ho visto per molto tempo, ho capito che era il test del mini-consumo, e i diversi abiti nazionali non possono essere pazienti? Quindi non fare un sorriso.Gli altri sono buoni. La velocità della rete è molto lenta, spesso senza rete, e ho bisogno di un punto caldo per il mio computer di entrare in rete.Non c'è un cappello, è troppo stanco per un cappello, così da dare un cappello sul retro della reception, grazie. Manda foto del porto e festa di Pasqua per essere felice.

Stayed here midweek for four nights (Monday to Thursday) for work in July. I really don't recognise this hotel from the bad reviews on here so can only assume it's under new ownership/management. I had a superior single booked but was given a twin so it was a decent size for one but might have been a little cramped for two people. The room had a balcony but was so high on the 7th floor that I didn't use it as I'm not great with heights. The room also had great air con and thankfully a small fridge. I had four great nights' sleep so the hotel was obviously quiet (although I believe from the students who I was supervising and stayed for a fortnight it can be noisy at weekends). It's not perfect: the tea at breakfast is (like most hotels in Europe) awful, there is not a massive choice of food at breakfast and the rooms don't have a kettle (I would take a travel kettle if you want a tea/coffee as it was an absolute godsend) but overall I was pleasantly surprised as there was little choice of hotels as we booked late. There seemed to be a smell of smoke in my room one night which I can only assume came from the room next door and the advertised roof top terrace was not available as it looked like it was being refurbished. It's not in a great area for tourists but there are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and bakeries within walking distance and the nearby curry house is very good value. The hotel is 10-15 minute walk from the Piraeus metro station and then a further 30 minutes or so to Athens' main attractions so I would allow 45-60 mins to get from the hotel to the touristy bits (I think there are buses that go some/all the way but I never worked this out as the metro seemed easy enough) A special thanks to Mario who got me some fresh milk from the kitchen on the night I arrived late. Also the cleaner was friendly and did a great job and we we were allowed to leave our luggage at reception on the day we left (we had a late flight back) Overall a great stay for what we charged. I would thoroughly recommend and with a couple of minor improvements this could be a great budget option. I might be a bit more critical if it was my own money I had been spending but still I had a really comfortable and peaceful stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before catching a ferry to Mykonos. The hotel is easy to get to from Athens airport using the x96 bus. The bus goes direct from the airport to the Dimotiko bus stop and then a 3 min walk from the bus stop to the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location (only 10min walk to Pireaus port). The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was extremely quiet with no noise from traffic. The hotel is located near restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this hotel.

L'hotel è strategicamente situato. Conveniente per gli ospiti Grandi bacche/ buon caffè è facile da raggiungere a piedi. Bus X96 va all'aeroporto, busstop appena vicino all'hotel! È la stessa strada. L'hotel locale greco Tavern 3 min walk frm è al servizio di autentico greco fd : Ρεφενέ Il tetto dell'lvl 8 ha una bella vista.Passare tempo a camminare al porto e andare al punto di vista solare. Visita il museo archeologico Amo il mio soggiorno qui, molto tranquillo e sono in grado di riposare bene e esplorare i pirati prima di prendere un volo. Molto consiglia per il buon valore!

I stay here whenever I visit Piraeus. Staff are so friendly and helpful and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The hotel’s restaurant is one of the area’s best kept secrets. I cant get enough of the Thai fried rice which you can order as a vegeterian dish or with chicken. They sometimes offer a home- made moussaka that is divine. Menu prices are very reasonable if youre travelling on a budget

Abbiamo avuto l'esperienza eccezionale di soggiornare a The Alex - Monte Kastella all'inizio di maggio. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel a causa della sua comoda posizione vicino al porto di Ferry (20 minuti di distanza). Dopo il nostro viaggio dall’aeroporto, ci siamo salutati con una calda ricezione e una bevanda fredda, e la nostra camera era bella con grandi cortine di sfondo, con un letto molto confortevole e piatti extra, che garantiscono un sonno perfetto per la notte. Dopo avervi sistemato, siamo andati in piedi al ristorante e al bar di terrazza, dove si serve anche colazione, comprese le omelete deliziose, il cibo era eccellente, e il vino bianco greco raccomandato di accompagnare il nostro pasto era perfetto. Aveva i pesci grigliati e le patate, e il dolce era di Michelin-star. Era una vergogna che ci fosse solo per una notte, ma saremo certamente indietro. Questa piccola gemma vicino ad Atene è un fermo perfetto se si va al porto. Lo rimanderemo, ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Un soggiorno deludente Prima di tutto, i dipendenti hanno addebitato ripetutamente il costo della camera e hanno fornito descrizioni incoerenti del denaro (per fortuna, il servizio clienti Ctrip lo ha comunicato attivamente e lo ha elogiato!) This is an exceptionally lovely place to stay in the centre of Athens. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka District and all the fabulous restaurants. Very nice rooms and amenities with very friendly staff. Excellent service. Make sure you go up to the roof top bar for food and drinks with a fabulous night time view of the Acropolis and make sure you say hi to Marios… the best and friendliest of bar hosts!

Myself & my partner stayed here for a week on a bed & breakfast basis, booked via Jet2. As it was my partners birthday, we were upgraded to a larger room with complimentary fruit & prossecco. However, as the room was on the 1st floor (107) we found it rather dark & we asked to be moved, which after one night we were, to room 506, which although smaller offered more light & a better view. The rooms do lack some storage space, but are clean with comfortable beds & pillows & nice showers. The blinds, lighting, heating & air con are all worked via a tablet, which did go wrong once, but was quickly repaired. The breakfast has something to suit most tastes, including freshly squeezed orange juice & tasty coffee. The hotel also has a rooftop area where you can relax with a view of the Acropolis. The area that the hotel is in could be better, as you may see beggars & drug addicts, however we didn't experience any problems from them. It is very handy for Omonoia Metro Station & this is where we encountered our big holiday problem, in that I had my wallet stolen when on the escalator leaving the station. I won't go into all the details, just to say that if you do choose to travel on the Metro, do so with extreme caution. Apparently, there are organised gangs of Eastern Europeans that are travelling on the trains & located at the stations & there are many many stories of tourists being robbed. The Police presence is virtually invisible, both on the trains & at the stations & there is also a lack of cctv. The Police don't seem overly concerned when you report the crime & just get you to fill in a form & give you a crime number. It is a MAJOR PROBLEM that needs sorting. The hotel staff could not have been kinder & more helpful, including ordering our taxi to the Police station, giving us complimentary drinks, fruit & chocolates & generally going the extra mile to help us. So finally, a big big shout & thumbs up to Panayiotie the brilliant barman & Villy & Melina the lovely receptionists. We love you all & you're a credit to the company.
