UUtente ospiteÈ stata una prima permanenza in un Fairfield Inn e non sarà la nostra ultima. Abbiamo apprezzato la precoce check-in, come gli anziani guidavano oltre 3 1/2 ore. La posizione è eccellente e l'hotel è facile da trovare, insieme al parcheggio. Il lobby dell'hotel, gli ascensori e le camere erano eccezionalmente pulite e confortevoli. Ci è stata data anche una bella, tranquilla camera. Non abbiamo usato la piscina, ma è stato guardato lontano. Non ci siamo neanche trascorsi per il colazione continentale, ma abbiamo incontrato la famiglia in un ristorante vicino, e la stanza era dotata di un piccolo caffè e di un frigorifero, che rendevano più confortevole la permanenza. Il personale dell'hotel si trovava in una nuova stanza in una zona tranquilla e molto piacevole.

UUtente anonimoIl parcheggio richiede un pagamento aggiuntivo e un parcheggio di 25 giochi al giorno.L'hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, molto vicino, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte dei ristoranti.Se non vuoi camminare, ci sono anche auto da golf inviate alla spiaggia e al ristorante.Il personale è molto amichevole!La colazione è semplice ma molto buona. La stanza è pulita e consigliata di stare.

UUtente anonimoWhen I booked Pelican Pointe hotel, I knew it was an older property so I wasn't expecting anything grand, plus the price was super affordable! When we first arrived, the room was very spacious for my family of 5. It was like a semi suite, kitchen was separated from the beds but not closed off. It had 2 doubles and a futon fold out in the kitchen/dining area. It was clean but had a funky smell, having a small well stocked kitchen with fridge and microwave was useful. At first glance it was nice, the location is amazing, right across the street from Clearwater Beach and complimentary parking which is a bonus (I hate having to pay extra for parking, so that was really great considering the price). I thought we really scored with this find, until.....my son saw a gigantic bug in the bathroom, it turned out to be a cockroach!!! EEEEWWWWW!!!! Throughout our stay we saw a few more big roaches and a ton of baby roaches everywhere. We were scared to turn off the lights because as soon as you did, the roaches came out to play, really gross and a major turn-off!!!! We slept with the lights on needless to say. We didn't bother to say anything because if there are roaches in this room, chances are the entire hotel has it!
If it wasn't for the roaches, I would definitely recommend this hotel but I would never go back after seeing those nasty bugs. The hotel needs to fumigate and get rid of those roaches!!!!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel’s location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach. The staff was generally helpful and willing to assist guests, which I appreciated. However, there’s a significant issue with parking. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces, and although there are five spots directly in front of the property, the valet staff blocks them off to avoid walking across the avenue to the main parking area. The hotel also seems to be undergoing renovations or repairs, making it difficult to reach the reception and inconvenient to move around the premises. As for the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We spent two uncomfortable nights in the heat, constantly sweating, and my 9-year-old child kept waking up throughout the night due to the temperature. In the bathroom, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap were all heavily diluted with water. While I understand these are free amenities, I still believe it’s worth mentioning. By the way, I recommend the restaurant; it's excellent.

EEmilyWhile researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation.
I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown.
A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed.
I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied.
I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils.
Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione di questo hotel è fenomenale. Era molto pulita e spaziosa. La vista dal balcone era anche grande, anche se avevamo una stanza in alto, potevamo sedersi fuori dalla nostra porta anteriore e guardare la vista. Il colazione è stato fantastico ...a offerta fantastica di molte opzioni da cibo caldo o freddo. Tutto da waffle fresche, vera mangia di ovo con tutti i tacchi che potresti desiderare, omelete di formaggio, uova spezzate, tosta, danese, bacche, cereali, frutta, yogurt e un bar di caffè e succo. Le mie sole due lamentele erano che il letto non era molto comodo per me. Era troppo forte. Potrebbe essere grande per qualcun altro, ma la fermezza mi ha tenuto alzata, ancora una volta, e' solo perche' preferisco un letto più morbido. L'altra cosa non così grande era che la doccia avrebbe messo fuori acqua calda o solo acqua fredda ... niente tra. Penso che il divertitore acqua calda/ fredda potrebbe avere bisogno di manutenzione. Le bevande al bar di fronte all'acqua erano deliziose anche. Siamo stati nella stanza 223 il 24 settembre, se la gestione vuole guardarla. Oltre a questo, tutto è stato grande ....siamo sicuramente rimarremo qui.

SShayna0Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, abbiamo prenotato un altro posto quando siamo arrivati alla città per un giorno e non hanno spazio, ma l'altro posto era terribile. Abbiamo trascorso solo tre giorni, ma da quello che abbiamo visto il divertimento è stato divertente.
