One of the good places to stay at when visiting Radha Rani temple in Barsana. We went as a group and had a decent experience. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed linen clean and the hot water works. Food is tasty and served with a smile. We stayed overnight and no complaints

Hotel is located on main road. Checking in took a long time as the reception was being ***ned by a trainee who was very slow. The staff was totally unprofessional. Bed linen was dirty and changed on request and used water bottle was kept in the room. Breakfast spread was very small but food was okay. Definitely in need of improvement in staff training.

This hotel is absolute nigh**are. The staff here is unbelievably rude and unnecessarily intrusive. No amenities like dryer, dental kit or tea bags nor any kettle. We asked for extra buckets to keep our legs in warm water after long long walks, they even denied that small request. Specifically the women who’s the receptionist is horrible and unsupportive. Please do not visit this hotel if you like a normal peaceful stay.

Hotel is not value for money. The charges are of a 4* standard but actually the amenities and service is of 2* standard. Rooms have no tea makers or dryers. There is hardly one or two staff and those too are untrained. Breakfast is very unhealthy and with literally no options. Parking is very limited. ***agement doesn’t understand customer issues and no resolutions are provided. All in all, avoidable.

Brilliant staff, super service, polite and Welcoming faces all around. Taking care of all the needs, hotel rooms are very spacious and cleaned. Food is excellent, 5 out 5 star. Whoever planning to visit barsana must prefer wingston.
