Took daughter to Orientation at Morgan State university great trip.

I’m happy to write Hampton Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills did not disappoint us. Hotel location is in a business park so it’s quiet and safe. It’s nice that they have a soft and softer pillows and are very comfortable bed. Our room is very clean and hallway carpet appears to be new and clean, breakfast is ok too. It’s the typical quick breakfast of scrambled eggs and potato.

Non c'era posto sul bagno, ma questo era ancora trascurato, perché sembrava che non aveva lasciato nulla per le camere non fumatori a causa del fine settimana di vacanza, questa stanza sembrava essere aggiornata e quasi finita. Era proprio fuori dall'autostrada e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, la gente nella prossima stanza era in ritardo, ma il mio ragazzo e il mio bambino sono dormitori duri, quindi non ha fatto differenza. La proprietà è un lavoro in corso, ma si può dire al proprietario che sta cercando di aggiornare il più difficile possibile. I letti sono confortevoli, i letti freschi e le mutande super morbide. Francamente, questo motel ha salvato la grazia e ha contribuito a ripristinare l'umanità che abbiamo perso su strada durante il viaggio di vacanza.

We had a very nice desk clerk, but it seems no one, including her, thanks you for being a member any more. Nonetheless, we were given room 219. We had to ask for the extra blanket we had requested in the reservation. As this hotel is somewhat isolated, she told us how to find the local restaurants. The room was large and clean. It included a small breakfast table and two chairs at the table. The desk/office chair was one of the best I ever have used at a hotel. WiFi speed was okay at 27 Mbps up and down. We stayed 4 nights. There was no desk lamp and, as we learned over the next couple days, it appeared the room had been cannibalized for things, much like the military cannibalizes some aircraft to keep others flying. It started with a noisy fan that would not turn off on the heater/air-conditioning unit. The next morning I told the desk and they sent someone up immediately. The wall thermostat would not cooperate, so he fixed it so we could turn it off at the unit. Then I pointed out the missing desk lamp which takes a special plug. He thought someone must have stolen it and immediately found me another one. That evening my wife looked for the hair dryer before showering. There was none. She went to the front desk and they immediately gave her a brand new one, still in the box. Later we discovered there was no coffee maker or coffee in the room, but that was not a big deal. There also was no ice bucket, nor were there any cups of any type. The management offered to get us all of that, but we really didn't need it and told them they could stock those items after we had checked out. In addition to the missing items, people arriving late had a tendency to slam doors and the hotel, as it turned out, was very near the Baltimore northeast extension and we could hear the traffic all night. A smoke detector on the wall flashed a very bright light every 5 seconds (really have to ask who designs these things?) Breakfast was handled by a woman who obviously was overworked. (People no longer wish to take jobs: we saw ”help wanted” signs at every service industry stop we made, especially restaurants and hotels). On our second morning, for example, the cheese omelets and sausage ran out and people had to wait. On morning 3, breakfast included scrambled eggs but some kids had clogged up the pancake machine the day before, so it was not working. It was working again our last day there. Coffee ranged from so-so to good. The end result of all these issues was that the management gave us a partial refund which we certainly did not expect, but certainly appreciated.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

Questa è la mia terza permanenza, ma prima di tutto. Amo la posizione - amo Fell’ Point - amo la vista sul fronte d’acqua, strada di cobblestone, facile tiro fino a scarico e parcheggio sicuro all’aperto alla marina vicino alla porta dove la mia macchina è dietro una porta chiusa ma facilmente accessibile a me e alla vista. Le camere sono sul primo piano, quindi si può avere una vista sull'acqua o la vista sulla strada. Ho avuto la vista sulla strada e non sono stato disturbato dal rumore. Windows ha pesanti ciechi di legno per la privacy. Bello lobby confortevole con sede. Benvenuto desk front. Nessun bar o ristorante, ma offrono un complimentare colazione continentale che era un po' deludente - bagelli, tostapane, piccoli muffini, piccoli pascoli che avevano visto giorni migliori, cereali freddi, farina di avena da preparare, un gusto di yogurt e un bar pieno di caffè e tè. In bel tempo, ci sono sedili all'aperto nel cortile. Le camere sono più vecchie con un letto 4 post, armadio con TV e un desk. Camera bagno più vecchia che potrebbe servire l'attenzione. Ma era tranquillo e confortevole e mi piaceva stare qui.

Came here for a wedding. It is a short drive from BWI to the resort and a little bit up the road from Camp David, which is nice. The room was very affordable, and ditto with the drinks and late night menu at the bar. The room itself was okay. The bed was a little cramped for two people, the coffee maker needed to be descaled and the wallpaper needed a refresh. I didn't play any golf, but the course looked well maintained. The outdoor pool was not open at the time, but it looked like it would be fun. Didn't use the spa, but the menu included all of the usual treatments and the prices were reasonable. There might be fancier resorts around, but this one punches above it's weight in terms of getting what you pay for.
