Our room had roaches. It was out dated stained sheets tub had patch places in it. When I mentioned the roaches I was told no one else had complained. Definitely will not be a return guest and don’t recommend this place. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give a negative 3

Room had dirty towels, and my wife killed a roach in bathroom. Hotel workers acted like they didn't care about anything. Never gave me wifi password. Would not stay even if room was free

The room smelled bad. The heat barely worked. There was no hot water in the sink and the hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up. When I got up to go to the bathroom in the night there was a roach on the microwave. I found another one on the wall the next morning. I was only offered another room. Poor customer service!!!

Easy check in, nice room.
Surprised no coffee maker in the room. Disappointed in that. Good breakfast included, would come back again.

Easy to get into and exit. Close to the area we like.
But no table and chairs, Towels were clean but well worn and parking lot was tight, hard to maneuver full size truck. Other tan that it was ok

Being in Pigeon Forge for a funeral was very hard on me. I found the motel quite comfortable

The sheets and pillows were nasty. There were bugs on floor. Very outdated microwave and heater/ac. Old saying is true you get what you pay for.

Filthy! That’s the only way to describe our room. The flooring was nice but it was so dirty. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub so there was no way it could have been cleaned. The towels were very old, dingy and thin. I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and this is the worse one yet!
