L'hotel è bello e molto ben decorato. Molto vicino alla spiaggia di Kata, che per me era perfetto. Non ha dato la posizione un 5 perché è su una bella collina. Sono ok a camminare, ma è piuttosto forte e su una strada senza passeggiata laterale. Può essere un po'dolce se avete figli.

A very luxurious hotel with a brilliant view. Staff are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble! Close to shops, money exchanges and transport. Hotel was also able to arrange transport to anywhere you wanted to go. We stayed in a one bed ocean view loft (villa 502) which was on lower level, close to the restaurant, bar, spa and gym so only had to walk a few steps to everything and it was exceptionally quiet. You felt like you were the only ones there! Having your own infinity pool was a treat. Hotel supplied everything you needed for free each day including beer, cans of soft drink, sparking water, still water, fruit, peanuts and dried mango. You were given a phone to call reception 24/7 for whatever you might require whilst at the hotel or to call them if you needed something whist out and about. The phone also allowed you to make free international calls, how good is that!. It was magical sitting in the restaurant or bar at night watching the sunset. The food was always delicious and beautifully presented. Could not think of a better place to stay!

Upon arrival at the hotel the staff were friendly and inviting. We were checked in and given information about breakfast and room service. We were then taken to our villa by golf buggy. We were shown our villa and the various areas and controls for them and then left to settle in. We were also told the mini bar contents was free and refreshed each day (2 cabs of coke, 2 water, small pack of oreos and a kitkat). At first glance it is a lovely hotel and the pool jets were fun. On closer inspection it became disappointing and didn’t improve, more on that in a sec. At breakfast there was a menu to select one item from and the portions were massive and tasted very nice. There was also a large buffet selection you could help yourself to. Fresh tea and coffee was available upon request. On arrival we advised we had an early morning which would start before breakfast opened. We were offered a takeaway breakfast that would be waiting at reception for us. The next morning upon arrival it was apparent that the order had been forgotten. Breakfast had opened by this time and we had to quickly shove some food down us while our driver waited for us. That evening we enjoyed our pool but it wasn’t in the cleanest condition with debris at the bottom and leaves floating on the surface. On the first evening after check-in, I was walking around the villa and caught the bottom of my foot on a sharp part of the wooden floor. I did advise the staff the next morning on our way out for the day and it was fixed by the time we returned. However the injury did cause pain and irritation for the remainder of the holiday as it was on the bottom of my foot. Upon returning from our first day out we found that our room had been cleaned but they had removed our dirty towels and not replaced them with new. I had to contact reception to request fresh ones. They had also turned off the air-con that we had left on to ensure the room was cool when we returned. The following day I decided to have a bath to sooth my sun burn and found that the tap to the bath was broken and there was just a small stick pointing out for me to use to control the temp and flow. We also realised that we were lucky enough to have booked a villa with a pool, as the hotel does not have a communal one and not all villas have there own. For the rating of the hotel and the price we paid it was a little disappointing. The staff remained cheerful and helpful for the duration of our stay but the issues did dampen our experience.

Questo è un posto incantevole con una gestione straordinaria. Mia moglie ed io trascorriamo 2 settimane al Metadee Resort nell'ambito del programma Sandbox poiché sono certificati SHA+. Avevamo una camera con accesso alla piscina che era spaziosa e funzionale. La camera aveva privacy ed era tranquilla con una buona connessione internet ad alta velocità. Viaggiare durante il Covid è un po' più complicato, ma non preoccuparti, Kimberly alla reception e Laila la responsabile commerciale ti assisteranno in qualsiasi problema si presenti. Mia moglie si è ferita all'occhio e poco tempo dopo avevano un'auto pronta per portarci da un oculista a Phuket. Dopo tutto, che cos'è un buon hotel? Per farti sentire come a casa. Grazie. ()

Tutti i negozi e le attrazioni sono vicini. Il proprietario è Bankie, è un buon amico e ospite. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa, ci ha aiutato a vedere la nostra vista turistica, consigliare tutti i buoni luoghi e modi di viaggio.Ha fatto la nostra vacanza molto piacevole.Visita questa proprietà nel vostro prossimo viaggio a Phuket, vi piacerà molto.

Roba da pulizia che ha grossi problemi con i tempi. Cercano sempre di farcela quando dormo. Non parlano inglese anche se ho scritto il momento perfetto per pulire sulla mia porta. Le cose nella hall sono gentili, ma ancora una volta non parlano un inglese corretto, il che è triste. La posizione dell'hotel 4/5. Ci sono molti russi in questa zona. Per quanto riguarda la camera, ci vogliono circa 10 minuti per raggiungerla dalla hall al vostro appartamento. Due ascensori... fa davvero schifo. La connessione Wifi è disgustosa. E il balcone di tutti è uno di fronte all'altro, quindi vedi sempre cosa fanno i tuoi vicini di fronte a te. Niente vita privata

In generale, quello che scrivono sull'hotel è vero. Personale molto gentile e ospitale, cercano di far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Devo ammettere che l'hotel è davvero ”stanco” e necessita di ristrutturazione - dalle tende unte in bagno alle macchie sui muri. Inoltre, tra gli svantaggi, si può notare la posizione - leggermente in montagna rispetto alla strada principale + vai nella stanza stessa, anche tenendo conto della copertura parziale degli ascensori, non corri ancora in un giorno. Ne abbiamo letto nelle recensioni ed eravamo pronti, dato che ci siamo sistemati per tre giorni. Parte del fondo camera va direttamente su una strada trafficata con il rombo di motociclette e macchine (chiedete una camera lontana dalla strada). Ebbene, il traffico degli ospiti è dovuto al fatto che l'hotel stesso è enorme: alla reception ci sono sempre folle di persone portate dagli autobus. Al mattino le cameriere parlano tra loro a voce molto alta nei corridoi, ho dovuto chiedere loro di stare più tranquille, perché è impossibile dormire. Non abbiamo fatto colazione, perché c'era un assortimento previsto (è meglio andare in qualche bar nelle vicinanze). In una parola, un normale pacchetto hotel, per 3+, il prezzo di $ 200 chiaramente non ne vale la pena.

GF e io abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti (inizialmente 6 notti ma abbiamo ripreso il nostro volo per rimanere un'altra notte!), e forse abbiamo goduto l'hotel più rilassante che abbiamo mai soggiornato. Super tranquillo, con un paesaggio sorprendente! Come essere in una giungla, con un'incredibile vista sull'oceano e sul sole, con una passeggiata corta verso la spiaggia migliore di Phuket. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ala dell'Oceano, perfetta per adulti e coppie, perché ha una piscina privata che era solitamente vuota, ma ha il proprio personale per asciugamani, bevande e servizio. L'altra parte dell'hotel è un toccante più pieno, ma ha 2 piazze più una piscina con acqua salata. La colazione è cucinata per ordinare, con una sorprendente gamma di scelte. Il personale è ciò che rende questo hotel veramente eccezionale. Ricordano i vostri nomi, le vostre scelte e le vostre preferenze. Tutti andano fuori e amichevoli. Non possono dire abbastanza sul servizio! Molto consigliato!

We were fortunate to discover the Kata Hill Sea View hotel! From the moment we set foot in the Penthouse Apartment, we knew it would be an extraordinary family experience. This two-bedroom apartment felt like a true home away from home. With its fully equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated sitting/dining room, and the sprawling terrace with stunning views of the sea, Kata town below, and the magnificent Big Buddha atop the mountain, we felt like we didn’t want to leave this apartment for a moment. The private swimming pool and outdoor dining area completed the picture, inviting us to relax and take in all the beauty. Plus, we could order a variety of Thai and Western dishes via phone/WhatsApp from a nearby restaurant, which were promptly delivered right to our door. Should you decide to venture out, you'll find everything you can think of within reach. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful Kata beach, with shops and restaurants that cater perfectly to our family's liking. For further exploration, the local bus stop to Karon and Phuket town is conveniently just five minutes away and it's just 40 baht p/p. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, whose warm and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. And last but not least, the charming ginger cat at the reception added a sense of comfort and homey feel throughout our stay.
