Recensioni su B2 Phuket Premier Hotel

La Pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, ho trovato lenzuola macchiate, pantofole usate e in pessime condizioni. L'insonorizzazione davvero pessima, praticamente senti qualsiasi cosa, una notte ho dovuto chiedere a una camera vicina di abbassare il volume della voce perche non si riusciva a dormire. Non male la posizione, a pochi minuti da pathong ,old town e a 20/30 minuti da karon,kamala.

Prezzo ragionevole. La stanza è pulita. Ma un po' rumoroso dalle altre stanze e dai corridoi.

1. Le pareti non trattengono molto bene il suono, di notte le stanze vicine parlano e suonano a volume molto alto. 2. Altri sono utilizzabili.

Buona sistemazione, dispone di una piscina, vicino al cibo.

Bellissimo hotel, pulito, buon personale di servizio. Ci sarà sicuramente una prossima volta.

Buon albergo per il pernottamento. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte prima del check-in principale alla villa. Letto enorme

Buona posizione! Tra la città vecchia di Phuket e Patong ma più vicino alla città vecchia! Vicino al centro di Floresta Phuket. VICINO al mercato, buona posizione per il cibo:) buono per 3 persone. L'aria è bella.

When checked in we have to fine reception 5 min then asked someone where is reception staff told us on the 7th floor. Reception staff don’t know how to greet costumers when check in no one is there for show us the room we have to find by ourselves. I book room junior suite i think room is nice and big but no wrong expect. Entered in the room room is smell like **** we managed to stay there is no tissue paper in the room but the good thing is they allow to bring your stuff and drink on the pool area. I booked for 1 night but we only stayed 5-6 hours because can’t sleep with the smell. Not suggested this hotel.

Nice hotel. Though it’s new but doesn’t look new. Maybe because of the color. The lobby is on the top floor 7th floor. When you check in have to get down to your room and when you check out have to go up and down takes time. Not so convenient.

Nice hotel but it’s pretty ulu. But no harm staying . Can consider if you had a vehicle 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

No soundproof room, some crazy customers walk around until past 4am and laughing... it was so scared

I believe the hotel is beautiful but needs a bit of a touch up. The concept of the hotel was all white so the defects were all visible. My stay for 11 nights were just fine, I understand it's a budget hotel so if you request for another blanket or another pillow is not possible. We just used the pool once cause it's murky and the tiles in some areas were loose, the metals on the edge were covered in rust as well so it's a bit worrying. I have booked 2 rooms & both water kettles are with rust and the lid were broken, when i asked to replace it, the staff answered that all the kettles left were all the same, so she promised me to change it the next day but it didn't happened, i ended up buying my own kettle to enjoy my daily coffee. When you ask to clean the room, don't expect it to be super clean. One time the cleaner make up my room, she just set up one face towel instead of 2, so when we checked out they charged me 199 baht for the lost. I know it was also my fault cause i did not informed the reception since the beginning that there's only one face towel set up in the room, but the housekeeper must have record. The security guard in the evening was nice though.

Hotel very nice , small , quiet and clean. Good price. But some staff in reception not friendly, even can’t say Hello and welcome .
