Questo hotel tranquillo e rilassante è un tesoro nascosto. È situato su una collina, quindi anche una piscina sul tetto bassa al 5 ° piano è incredibile. Vista incredibile per vedere il tramonto senza bloccare. È possibile ordinare delle bevande per sedersi in piscina per ammirare il tramonto. Negli hotel vicino alla spiaggia è difficile vedere il tramonto perché gli alberi sono molto alti. A meno che non cammini verso la spiaggia. Tutto il personale è molto cordiale. Il signor Chai, il direttore, è molto disponibile. Una spa nell'hotel è super buona con prezzi ragionevoli. 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Karon ma nessun problema perché l'hotel offre il trasporto gratuito. Tuk tuk molto comodo per raggiungere l'hotel da ovunque. Da non perdere i frutti di mare al ristorante Chic Ann. Prezzi molto buoni e ragionevoli. Verrò sicuramente per restare.

Probabilmente il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato! Sono stato a Phuket alcune volte e questo è il nostro resort preferito. Buon servizio. Viste magnifiche Colazione deliziosa Strutture fantastiche e centro benessere rilassante! Buono per famiglie, coppie, single, è proprio adatto. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera familiare e nei monolocali, tutti erano spaziosi e meravigliosi!

nice hotel，nice views and nice food and nice services

Excellent hotel from start to finish. We arrived and it was an excellent check in process. The room was upgraded, very spacious and had excellent amenities (microwave, kitchenette and large fridge freezer) - more than what you expect from a hotel! The fact that the rooftop pool and gym were open 24/7 is one the key plus points of the hotel as it is always good to be able to have a swim late evening which no other hotel during my stay in Thailand was able to offer. They also have a small jacuzzi and steam room ,free to use and open till very late - perfect! The staff were incredible and very helpful - credit to Jose and Jassy who were excellent. The mattress had recently been changed and it was superb, so so comfortable and the best night sleep we had all holiday. I want to say they went above and beyond when we asked our car to be cleaned after day at the beach. The breakfast was slightly disappointing given the luxury of the hotel ; not many choices, even with the a la carte options, it was quite boring after the fourth day. No real change of the menu throughout and no vegetarian options for the hot Thai food. The TV facilities were OK - I can see there was a smart TV with IPTV but the internet commendation was very patchy and we had to restart the box many times as it constantly was freezing. Would still give our stay 9.5/10 - More variety and change in breakfast would make it perfect

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything else is perfect other than the refrigerator was a bit unclean.

Lovely experience. We were upgraded to a nicer room which made everything even more enjoyable. Staff were attentive, prompt and communicated very well. The room was big and nice. We also enjoyed other amenities here such as the rooftop pool and the ping pong table in the gym which made the experience even more fun.

Stuff is really friendly and helpful. The food is good. The rooftop pool with a great view. Timely cleaning.

這個酒店是因為全網口碑都很好，很好奇，加上價格相對實惠就定了，由於酒店小房間少，在攜程衹這一天有兩間房，就先定了一天，還是不同的房型，後來發現另一個平台前一天有房，定的時候也是顯示不同房型，但訂完一間發現另一間定不上沒了，看了兩天房間價格暴漲到接近三千一晚，感覺非常不划算，所以退了，衹保留這一天。事實證明，如果只是泡酒店，一天也足夠了，因為酒店實在是不大，而且周邊配套都偏遠一點，還有個大坡不好走。但勝在小巧精緻，環境優美，價格實惠，樓頂還有絕美無邊泳池可眺望海景，而且酒店的床墊超級舒服，比在芭東住的喜來登舒服。早餐雖然簡單但很可口，在線點的晚餐價格實惠，也很美味，還可以選擇送到房間或者泳池等地方。酒店內部的按摩據説很好，但沒能體驗。酒店老闆非常好，吃早餐的時候還專門去跟我們每個人打招呼，看到我媽媽坐的椅子放的離桌子遠不舒服還主動幫她挪椅子。總之是很滿意的一家酒店，離海邊步行十分鐘就到了，這邊海灘沙子細白，人也很多。這家酒店很適合年輕人愛每天跳島的，或者愛呆在酒店裡不動就發發呆遊游泳的人，性價比很高。

Номер в отеле понравился очень, он как в замке, весь в камне, интересный интерьер. Обслуживание хорошее, не навязчивое, обильный и многообразный завтрак. Есть трансфер бесплатный с доставкой на пляж и обратно. Но если приходила то обратно пешочком в сопочку минут 10. Но это единственный небольшой минус, остальное все превосходно

酒店很棒，前台接待小姐姐很熱情，酒店管家超級可愛，早上吃早餐的時候還和我們聊天，很棒的入住體驗，距離卡倫海灘很近，回酒店的路上確實需要爬坡，不過也能接受，也沒多遠的坡，附近711和餐廳也很多，相對於芭東，這裏更適合度假，很愜意。很滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店空調也很給力。下次去還住這裏😯

出行之前非常猶豫，都説酒店要爬坡，離沙灘有距離，但是圖片讓我心動，但事實證明真的值得。超級漂亮，超級舒服，整個酒店都太棒了，特別特別適合待幾天慢慢躺着，衞生也特別到位，不是照騙，前台小姐姐還好心幫我們升級了房型。門口的坡我覺得還好，不長呀，就是布吉打車真的貴，比芭提雅貴一倍多。強推

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。服務非常好，環境好。樓頂泳池非常乾淨，裝飾的也非常舒適漂亮。會考慮再次選擇入住。
