I letti erano molto comodi. La colazione era fredda. Mi sono divertito un mondo a vedere come hanno piegato la carta igienica.

La reception è buona. Mio marito ha lasciato il portafoglio nella cassetta di sicurezza della stanza, il personale mi ha contattato immediatamente. Grazie per il vostro eccellente servizio. L'unica cosa che mi ha deluso è stato il servizio durante la colazione del mattino. La cameriera "Nana" del ristorante è stata così maleducata e rumorosa. Parla molto ad alta voce con i colleghi, non possiamo goderci la mia colazione. Doppio standard di trattamento! Non siamo stati accolti per niente quando siamo entrati nel ristorante. Ma quando entravano solo uomini, lei salutava gli uomini ad alta voce e educatamente! Mi ha persino urlato ad alta voce da lontano per impedirmi di portare via il pane dal ristorante. Il ristorante è un piccolo spazio, tu "Nana" come cameriera, non devi urlare contro di me dicendo "No, non posso" così forte e maleducato. Invece, puoi venire al mio tavolo e dirmelo educatamente. Questo servizio ha rovinato l'immagine della reputazione dell'hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel era la migliore, è perfetta perché è raggiungibile da tutto. Le camere erano di buone dimensioni, non piccole. Tuttavia, è troppo vecchio e il posto ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato e pulito a fondo. Gli asciugamani erano super vecchi e si vedeva che il tessuto si stava staccando. La colazione offriva cose adatte all'ora di cena e non al mattino. E ogni giorno ripetono le stesse cose, il che è così noioso. Siamo stati 5 notti in questo hotel e l'ultima volta abbiamo dovuto correre per prendere il volo, quindi abbiamo deciso di portare i nostri panini solo in camera. Il personale ci ha fermato e ha detto che il cibo non poteva essere portato via. Dovevamo solo prendere il panino e mangiarlo mentre tiravamo fuori i bagagli, ma volevano che mangiassimo il panino solo nella hall. Il che è ingiusto e non realistico... è solo un panino alle uova, nessun piatto o altro viene portato via. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel tristi e affamati, abbiamo persino detto alla reception al momento del check-out che eravamo tristi perché avevano rovinato la nostra colazione, ma a loro non importava.

Questo hotel è semplicemente pessimo, tutto è vecchio. L'isolamento acustico è pari a zero, senti tutti. La piscina è sporca L'aria condizionata è scadente La colazione è super basilare

Small rooms. No English television . Wifi poor. Nice outdoors. Lovely pools. Close to everything.

Decent hotel, a bit noisy, near enough to Patong beach and Bangla Road. Small pool, colder water due to shade from hotel. Good breakfast, bed a bid tough and not the best pillows. Overall decent.

Nice resorts and location is good. Let’s relax spa just a few minutes walking distance from hotel

Located right in heart of patong and walking distance to junceylon. Though room deco is old, beds are comfortable, aircon is strong and there is hot water. A quiet room stay except on sat night as our room happen to be opposite a night drinking place located 2 streets away. Extra bed added is comfortable too! Good range of breakfast.

A little old hotel but everything was spot on. Located although in the Central Area near the Patong beach, it is tucked away in a nice quiet corner.

Very clean and good location that’s hidden away from the noisy streets but close enough to all places like Bangla Road and Patong beach. Staff are friendly, and breakfast has a good selection. Gym also available for use. Well worth the price and highly recommend it.

Hotel is located on convenient location where public beach and Bangla Rd is within 10 minutes of walk. There are 2 pools, and one of them is about 1.6m deep. Rooms are clean, however furnitures and decorations are bit older than expected or as showed on pictures. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Overall hotel service is good. We booked total of 5 rooms, and some of the room had AC issues, which they exchanged for different room.

I’m so much happy to have chosen this hotel for staying in Phuket! The location is amazing: close to the beach and central road! The hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet! They serve super delicious meals! The breakfast is so diverse and yummy! I really liked traditional Thai food and bakery! The staff of the hotel are so friendly and welcoming! They solved all my issues in a second! The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and pleasant to the eye! The pools are also very clean and the water was warm! My kids really loved spending time there! The bar near the pool is also amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Phuket! I’d love to come here again! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

The location is not exactly close to the beach. They use an ally of another hotel to the beach which is kind of smelly. But about the hotel and the breakfast, it is top notch. If you are using motorbike then its is really good place. Lots of 7/11 just about a minute of walk from the hotel. Quite place. Good for family/couple if you can walk to the beach for 5/7mins. Their breakfast is really good. Recommend.
