Quando siamo arrivati ​​all'hotel, non sono riusciti a trovare la nostra prenotazione ed è stato un sacco di avanti e indietro con le camere e loro non hanno controllato la prenotazione con tutti i passaporti. Poi mio figlio è andato a pranzare al loro ristorante, cosa che lo ha fatto estremamente male. Abbiamo anche pagato 2000 baht tailandesi a persona per la cena a buffet di Capodanno che era molto limitata, insipida e aveva solo un buon piatto e offriva solo cibo e nessuna bevanda. Il loro drink di benvenuto era un succo. La vista era assolutamente bellissima e la camera era molto pulita. Tuttavia, personalmente, io e la mia famiglia non ci torneremmo.

6 stars resort, best for retreat, couple time, sabbatical, pure relax. No no if you’re shopaholic. Nearest shopping area without traffic is 30mins away, it can be 1.5hours if heavy traffic with heavy rain. Best relaxing vacation in Phuket, which we decided for. Best staff service especially Ms Focus who answered all my questions, very kind driver during my stay ferry us daily to old town. Ps. Lovely cats and the hummingbird, some other tiny birds that greet us daily in the balcony. Highly recommended from a typical kiasu Singaporean.

It was a great holiday weekend for us! The view was absolutely stunning! The staff were amazing and friendly. The room was spotless and quiet. Highly recommended to stay away from crowds. The food was excellent too, I loved the croissants! We will come again for sure! 🥰🥰

Place is very nice and clean. Beautiful view. Service is good. This place really look like on the picture. Pleasant place to stay. Downtown little bit far, but hotel provide bus twice a day to the city centre.

The good things about this place: 1. clean 2. beautiful view and pool The disadvantages of the hotel: 1. the service is really low. The staff is not very professional and does not speak English. Because of this, misunderstandings and service errors constantly occurred. 2. The location is very remote and there is only one restaurant in the hotel. if you want to eat somewhere else, you must take a taxi to go into town and eat there. 3. There is a place on the shore that is marked as a “restaurant” on Google maps. when I tried to ask the employees about this, they told me that there was no restaurant on the shore. In general, if you want to stay in a peaceful place and it's ok for you to eat the same food every day, this place will suit you 😊

This hotel is situated on the quiet North Eastern Part of Phuket, quite far (about 30-40km) from the busy and lively Western-Phuket-side beaches and areas. Not much in the area of the hotel for shopping etc. This hotel is quiet and relaxed and for those that are looking for peace and quiet and relaxing time, without the typical buzz of Phuket. They have a small private beach where you can kayak on the ocean for free, also with a great swimming pool and bar next to the beach. There were also private jet-ski's next to the beach, which you can rent for trips on the ocean (About 5000 Baht). The hotel has a shuttle to the nearest 7/11 shop for 300 Baht. So make sure you don't really need a shop if you are booking here! As the hotel is across the street from the beach, with a steep hill, there is a free hotel shuttle to/from the beach. There is also a free shuttle to/from Old Phuket Town, which can save you money, rather than paying for shuttles and taxis. You can book trips from the hotel reception for Bond island and Phi-Phi, but the prices are much more expensive than booking from Patong or Karon etc. There is also a great hotel-restaurant, with breakfast and lunch or dinner which closes around 11pm. Staff are friendly and rooms (and the whole hotel) has a great view on the ocean. As said, great place to relax and unwind, without having too many plans.

beach is bad needs more food options

The resort is ok. Located on a hill, with an interestjng view of the bay, however very hard to find, can't access on foot and nothing around. If you want some time off, great place. Otherwise, not the best. Food was good, although breakfast was a bit disappointing. The two swimming pools are great, specially the biggest one. The layout and the paths are not well designed, so elderly people or people with moving disabilities would have a problem. There's an useful shuttle service to a mall and Phuket Town, which helps a lot! Overall, an excellent place if you want to disconnect, but that's it.

The resort is very far from everything else on the island, which is what we wanted. It has a beautiful view from the rooms and the pools. The front desk staff is very helpful and can help you book bikes, trips and airport transfers. They have a shuttle bus that will take you to the old town in Phuket daily and have a private beach area. The breakfast buffet is very good and has a variety from day to day. Apart from the buffet in the morning the restaurant is horrible with low quality food and not great service, but you will eat there regardless as there are not any options close by. Overall it is a impressive hotel for the price.

I travelled with my parents and my brother. We stayed there for 3 nights. Originally booked 2 Seaview rooms but were upgraded to a pool villa. One of the best stays I have ever stayed in. Thankyou so much @supalai and trip.com. 100% recommended. The food was not the best but was kinda okay. However, it is located kinda on outskirts, would suggest renting a car. They also do provide scheduled pickup and drop to old town Phuket multiple times a day. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay here. For the price it is good. The swimming pools are the best bit and you can spend good amount of time there. The location is far away from anything so you’ll need to do lots of taxis. The restaurant on site does good breakfast and dinner is ok. Room had an amazing view and was very big and comfy. The beach near by is not great.

The hotel itself is okay, it has a great view and it’s nice if you’re looking for a quiet environment. However, the rooms are not sound proof so we had a family waking us up early in the morning screaming every day. The quality of the restaurant is terrible. We literally had to wait 40-50 minutes before food arrived in a half empty restaurant. The price of the food and drinks is also super high, but you don’t have a choice since it’s a pretty remote hotel. The free shuttle service to the city needs to be reserved a day in advance, but most places where already taken so we had to wait another day. They advertise with a regular van, but when we went to the city it was in some old open truck that didn’t have enough seats. The personnel tries to be nice but it‘s all a bit of a hassle and it just seems like this hotel is poorly managed. So to sum it up, nice hotel, poorly managed, terrible food, nothing close by, arrive at the pool early otherwise the beds are taken. The breakfast is all halal, in contrary to most of Thailand, and the only western dish is toasted bread. Even though the hotel itself is nice, I would not recommend staying here.
