Per favore, dimmi come le immagini qui sotto sembrano un hotel a 5 stelle. Qualità, gestione e servizio pessimi, abbiamo provato a cancellare la prenotazione sul posto a causa di aspettative impreviste e hanno negato solo perché avevamo già pagato in anticipo. Ho soggiornato in molti alberghi nella mia esperienza e questo è il peggio!!! Guarda quanto è sporco e ho pagato 500 dollari a notte e mi sono rivelato una stanza dall'aspetto *******... QUESTA È UNA TRUFFA

Questo hotel ha una buona atmosfera. vista mare L'edificio è bellissimo, ben progettato. Una bellissima sala adatta per rilassarsi e organizzare una festa privata in spiaggia. buon servizio, personale gentile Il cibo in hotel è delizioso. Sicuramente tornerò.

Sono rimasto piuttosto colpito dalle dimensioni dell'hotel. È letteralmente un'intera città. Le camere sono belle e confortevoli, ma c'è un odore muschiato, ma non mi disturba molto. Mi aspettavo che la presa fosse difficile da trovare, ma mi sbagliavo, ricevo la conferma in pochi secondi quando stavo uscendo o forse è solo fortuna? Ad ogni modo è meglio prenotare il trasporto in anticipo quando si parte per l'aeroporto poiché è una zona piuttosto appartata. Se ordini grabfood/food panda, il personale consegnerà a casa tua. Ottimo servizio. Buona anche la vista sull'oceano, ma probabilmente dovrai pagare di più per una camera con viste migliori. Anche i cocktail e gli snack dello sky bar sono carini. Torneremo sicuramente se ci sarà uno sconto perché il prezzo è piuttosto alto.

I recommend it for newlyweds on their honeymoon, and it's also suitable for Arabs. The rooms are clean and the view is more than wonderful.

Great service, staffs were very friendly and i feedback about the bidet that was leaking w water and the guy came to repair so quickly! The breakfast was good and the view was great too

Not bad hotel . Best thing of this hotel - you have your own beach , just people from hotel . No massage sellers , no coconut sellers , no food sellers . Minus it is you can not walk in hotel , all your moving by buggy . Sometimes you wait buggy long time . Restaurants in hotel just for not stay hungry , no special food . Don't have good wine . So if you want stay in quite atmosphere it is good choice .

Been returning to this resort in the last 10 years! Awesome view from the villa, great privacy, great service and private beach It’s also only 15 minutes drive to Patong.

I didn't read any reviews before booking this hotel which I in hindsight probably should have. The resort is beautifully designed but a lot of parts seem like they have not been renovated for a long time. My initial hotel room was located very close to the restaurant and beach area. The location of the room was great which is probably the reason why the hotel gave me the room in the first place. However, it must be one of the most frequented rooms from what the interior looked like. From the wooden floors to the living room table, the wooden wardrobes and black tiles. Everything was either scratched, lost parts of the paint or told other stories of heavy usage. Even the shower handle was loose. Which is just not what you expect when you book a hotel in this price range that is a member of design hotels. That being said, when I reached out to reception to discuss the room, a member of the staff arrived within 10 minutes to show me around the resort, so I could take a look at other rooms. I ended up upgrading myself (with a very special deal that the hotel offered) into a superior room category and had the best stay after. The staff was very attentive and helpful in any situation and clearly did their best to make up for some flaws. I enjoyed meals in both restaurants, room service, I worked out in the gym, attended activity classes and had some spa treatments. All to my complete satisfaction. I wished I had checked into my second room right away because if I did, my overall experience would have been a lot different. Thanks again to all of the staff, you're doing an amazing job.
