Il personale era super cordiale e disponibile e il posto era pulito. Inoltre i panorami erano fantastici e anche la colazione era buona. Prezzo ragionevole!

La vista da questo hotel è assolutamente incredibile. Si gode una vista panoramica del sud-est di Phuket, tra cui Chalong Bay e Rawai Beach, e la spaziosa piscina a sfioro è il luogo ideale per godersi tutto. Anche se l'hotel è un po' fuori mano e può essere difficile da raggiungere, è bene vale la pena. Avrai sicuramente voglia di noleggiare una bicicletta per spostarti. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, con graziosi balconi che offrono la stessa vista mozzafiato. Il personale è cordiale e accogliente e le colazioni sono fantastiche. Nel complesso, questo hotel è un'ottima scelta per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante con una vista incredibile. Assicurati solo di pianificare in anticipo e organizzare il trasporto per arrivarci.

Everything is good except location. A bit far from eateries and beach.

Very bad location the whole hotel is uphill which isn’t manageable. Ac doesn’t work in many of the rooms. Hotel gave me food poisoning when asking for them to send a doctor they sent random staff who did not speak English impersonating a doctor who stole money out of my bag while I was violently vomiting and sick they then later blamed it on a language barrier and he does first aid and told me if I report him to the police it would mean I have to stay in Thailand until the case is done. During this he got on the bed and started rubbing my feet see picture attached. Please please avoid at all costs!!!

that was my worst experience in thai unfortunately, checked in around 4 pm, got pretty much strange room for the ammount ive payed and been assured they will move me next day, I was expecting a really important business partner, so its ruined everything, next day reception asked to pay 500 bht extra to move to another room its all went really messed up so we just booked another place and left, theres no shuttle to the main road as well

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful quiet location on the hill of the island. The view from the balcony of Chalong district, the sea and the mountains delight the eye every morning from the large panoramic window. The hotel is located at the top, so you can't do without a bike, just like on the whole island. The nearest 7-11 store is less than a 10-minute drive away. The staff is very friendly, decent breakfasts (buffet), a restaurant next to the pool for adults and children. There is an outdoor roof terrace, which is always accessible and not crowded. Cleaning every day (or optional), water is provided for each guest.

This hotel is situated on a hilly area. Would be good if you have a bike or a car to travel around. The room view has the ocean view.

The manager Pon, only offered a free lunch after they had no water for a day and no hot water for two days and then decided to go eat lunch instead of help the customer. Horrible customer service. We paid for the Jacuzzi sea view and couldn’t even use the jacuzzi. The view and everything else was very nice and clean.
