This is a beautiful serviced apartment with all in room amenities that you’d expect. It was a very comfortable stay. Ate at restaurant once and it was tasty if not particularly memorable. A great location for the beach that is tucked away from any noise. Two different pools including the roof top one were really nice. Gym was small but nice air conditioned. I didn’t find the staff to be typically Thai warm. Welcome drink showed up without an actual welcome. When asked if I smoked and said I didn’t, I still had to sign an official form that said I’d pay a fine if did. Thought it was unnecessary. Credit card number was recorded manually on a piece of paper which I didn’t like as I don’t think it’s very secure. Paid double regular rate as it was Chinese New Year and compared to the other accommodation I stayed in Phuket, BYD wasn’t as good, so probably wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect loft. Clean, comfortable, modern, and great location. Would definitely come back!

The room was very nice, spacious, great AC, nicer balcony (although faced other apartments so be conscious of that). Staff were very friendly and helpful to me. It was in a nice quite street with plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a short 10 min walk to Bangla road. 3 minutes to the beach and a few other beach/pool clubs. The pool here is small however. I thought I had great value for money.

Amazing hotel , 2 bedrooms was fabulous. Enjoy the stay , and service of byd lofts hotel. Me and my friend had great vacation.

法式風格，非常現代豪華。 設施：泳池比較雞肋。有廚房和陽台，廚房可以做飯。餐具齊全。沙發很大，感覺其實豪華單卧套房加床的情況下可以住5個人。過濾水有點黃。 環境：地理位置優越，離鬧市區1公里，離海灘500米，旁邊兩個711，十分安靜！酒店的西餐餐廳很好吃！漢堡勝過藍蛙。西餐價格是普通一二線城市價格，人均100吃撐。 服務：很好，每天打掃。沒有歧視。

兩晚上.兩個房間.偽裝出來的豪華.虛偽的全服務公寓.連自己的洗衣服務都沒有.衹提供一個洗衣袋讓客人自己去旁邊找公共洗衣店. 第一天入住.房間的水過濾系統有問題.黃色的.還停電了一次.空調聲音巨大.半夜三點甚至過載停機.晚上值班的印度經理堅決不同意換房間. 第二天在攜程客服的幫助下.換了新房間.不同的樓.但水是乾淨的.昨晚印度經理還堅持稱“所有房間水都是這個顏色.黃色水是乾淨的”.是嗎？ 我很失望.我以為這是全服務公寓.實際都是偽裝出來的.同樣的價格建議去卡倫和卡塔海灘住.體驗更佳.

房間很大，設備很多，還有微波爐，很貼心，還有露台，但是我和先生衹住一晚，身上都長了小包包，晚上卧室還出現一條蜈蚣，皮膚敏感的要小心一點，因為我們還穿了睡衣睡褲。裝修還行，設備也都挺好，但是水壓比較小，我們住在3樓，水壓都很小，水質還行比較正常，但最重要的是熱水不穩定，衹有冷水和熱水沒有温水，這個體驗感最差，想要洗爽快澡的人千萬別住這。

Замечательное место, высокий сервис , рекомендую. Белоснежные полотенца и белье, открытая кухня в ресторане на завтраке, персонал очень отзывчивый и услужливый! Комфортные апартаменты с кухней и террасой, ощущение что вы в своей курортной квартире.

我很喜歡，雖然是公寓但是服務跟上了，價格可以和酒店一樣但是服務跟不上那就拉垮 地理位置很方便，房間除開沐浴洗髮水一般其他的都可以

房間很乾凈，服務熱情友好，喜歡這裏自由舒適的氛圍，出去走走也非常便利，推薦

在布吉遊覽的最後一天，選擇了換到這家酒店600多的價格拿下的。一進門就被驚艷到了，寬敞的客廳，豪華的卧室，還有免費的水果，

房間很大，早飯也不錯，服務也可以。西方人比較多，他們晚上樓下唱歌喝酒會有較大吵鬧聲
